    I ***** ****** purchase a 2004 ***** ES 330 in January 2025, that is currently, add ****** towing and I am unabled to have access to any of my belongings. I have no clothes. I have no worktools. I have nothing on my belongings are in my vehicle. I have contacted the ****************** several times I was told I need to have insurance on the vehicle even though I'm not driving it off the premises. I did have my ID in the trunk of my vehicle?With my paperwork for the vehicle. They won't let me have access to my vehicle. Because I don't have insurance, right? I had it 2 resubmit. And wait for a new I, d, the idea I had was on my phone. They wouldn't take that now without proof of insurance. I have no access to anything in that vehicle. I have no clothes just to close on my back. I'll contacted the ****************** 2 times and they won't let me have any of my belongingers. I had a vehicle inspection on the vehicle. As well as a bond for the vehicle. This is the worst company to deal within the world. This company should be shut down. They shouldn't be in business, they're in business to take everybody's belongments they don't care about humans All as they care about is making a book, they have no feeling. They shouldn't be in business. I don't know how many other people they have ripped off in the past. I contacted a police department. Amendment, I also send paperwork to kgun 9 channel 9 TV, i am willing to do whatever I have 22 get my vehicle, but I have no money, my clothes are in the vehicle. I have nothing I've been sleeping in the streets. I have literally nothing to my name. No money, nothing. I contacted the police department already. And i'm going to go to the courts and file paperwork again, ****** towing, this place should not be in business. See the attachment, I also submit it.     i have a custom steering wheel i paid ***** for and they ruined it with their black greasy hands. the manager said she would take care of it and now they are refusing
