  ***** had come in at just the right time, dead car, dead battery, dead alternator and a dying phone... He showed up almost 40 minutes earlier than expected it was phenomenal, yeah I was ready to wait out the hour and half, but I didn't have to.... And to top it all off ***** was able to get it right into my driveway without anything damaged... Thank you so much guys and God Bless your team please stay Humble , when you guy's are , that's when we feel you care about us as a customer... Yeah I maybe a new road side assistance user, but as a first for me, this was top notch service and id gladly use y'all again. Thank you ***** for the ultimate save my guy.

  This towing company's customer service is terrible. They were contacted by my insurance for roadside service assistance. They gave me 4 different ETA's and never showed up. Don't uses.

  I rate company zero stars.Towed me last night during Hanukkah from Winterhaven in ****** to the south side. Dragged vehicle & charged me 220 dollars. Bah- Humbug, **************** Christmas spirit company.

  I have photographic evidence of a 100% illegal tow. I am a home inspector by trade and was parked LEGALLY across the street of the home I was inspecting. There were no visible signs in the vicinity indicating a no parking zone (which is required according to ARS 9-499.05 paragraph B). "The owner or agent of the owner of private property shall be deemed to have given consent to unrestricted parking by the general public in any parking area of the private property unless such parking area is posted with signs as prescribed by this subsection which are CLEARLY VISIBLE AND READABLE FROM ANY POINT WITHIN THE PARKING AREA and at each entrance." By the time I finished the home inspection my truck was gone. I was left holding a ladder and my tools. I have a time-stamped picture of the exact spot my vehicle was parked. I also have a picture of the streets showing there we no signs anywhere. When I called the towing company, they said, "That HOA has had a 'No Street Parking' policy for years." which is not a legal defense. Ironically, it is an admission that they were illegally "...acting as the agent of the owner" which is forbidden in the statute. These guys are Street Pirates running a car kidnapping scam. They insisted on cash payment which is also suspicious. Illegal towing is a Class 2 Misdemeanor punishable by up to $750 fine, 4 months in jail, and 2 years probation. I used to be cop in my younger years, and I wish I still had my badge and cuffs. This crooked company hides behind the banner of public service, but in reality, they are common crooks, thieves, and liars. Their reviews online are horrifying with many similar stories. It's impossible for the public to fabricate a pattern of complaints with strikingly similar details unless they're true. I pray that this corrupt company has a true change of heart. If the don't, when they die someday they'll find their wretched souls being LEGALLY towed into the fires of H*** with no hope of bribing their way out.

  This business is horrible. They towed my son's car from our house in the middle of the night illegally. My son didn't know about our HOA towing without notice rule, he's not a member. Funny thing, I wasn't aware of it either, they changed it a few years ago, apparently sent out a letter, which I didn't receive, but in our annual directory of rules there is nothing about it, and there are just a few signs for the whole neighborhood which are easy to miss if you don't walk by them every day. Our HOA clearly violates the Statue 9-499.05(B) by not having enough signs posted around the neighborhood. They probably don't even know about that law, but B&C knows for sure and they decided to be "smart" about it and put a fake address on the towing invoice (the address where there was an actual sign). There were other violations in how they treat you at their office (they don't release your car without a payment and demand cash only). I submitted a complaint to the ****************************** at the ******* ************************* I provided all the documents and photos of the towing site, they found my claim valid and started the process. Unfortunately, they can only act as mediators and try to obtain a response from the business. They have made numerous attempts to contact B&C, but, of course, were not able to obtain that response. After a couple of months they put my claim on hold saying that valid consumer complaints are very valuable because they can "assist this office in identifying and tracking a possible pattern of illegal conduct that could warrant future action." So, just FYI, if you have a valid complaint about a business you can submit that complaint to the ****************************** at the ******* ************************* You can also try to go to a small court, but even after you win a case you'd have to collect money by yourself which sounds unrealistic to me.

  These guys are criminals and hacks that prey on people with predatory towing practices. My car was parked completely legally behind my townhouse and they came in the middle of the night and towed it away. I chased after the driver and he said all the cars along the wall were parked illegally (not true, I have lived here 4 years and have parked here without incident). He towed my car and an hour later came back in an attempt to tow all my neighbors' cars. When I ran outside to see what the h*** he was doing, he pointed a flashlight to the sign that says "Private property/no trespassing" (apparently the drivers are unable to read). When I went to pound on my neighbors' doors to let them know their cars were about to be stolen, the driver sped off. I called all night to get my STOLEN car back, and nobody bothered to return my call, despite their claim of being open 24 hours. They had no right to tow the car, and I called 911 and also filed a police report. When I called my HOA to see if the parking rules had changed, they were incredulous that this had happened, and consequently cancelled their contract with this sham company. To this date, I have not received an apology or any sort of compensation for the fact that I had to take a day off work to get my car. (FYI...when you go to pick up your stolen vehicle from them, they cannot make you pay or hold your vehicle due to lack of payment). Absolute worst business ever....these guys are complete crooks.
