My vehicle was towed by them on November 3. The driver lifted my vehicle and we heard a crunching noise. Upon arrival to the drop off destination the driver left and we inspected the vehicle. There was damage to the lower part of the bumper. My husband emailed and called for weeks and they kept dodging him and giving him the run around. He finally had contact from the general manager on November 22 at which this point the manager said he needed to review everything and would give a call back. He called back on November 28 and said "according to my internal review the damage was not caused by us because our tow is diamond shaped nor circular." The vehicle was not in fact damaged before this incident. My vehicle is a 2008 Chevrolet Corvette.

We were dispatched out to tow the vehicle in question, a lowered Chevrolet corvette. We specialize in lowered vehicles which was why we received the call for service. upon arrival my driver stated he loaded the vehicle carefully with the male owner of the vehicle watching very closely. Once loaded and the gentleman felt secure he proceeded to tow it 15 miles out to their home address in Marana Az. My driver then proceeded to unload the vehicle, again with the Male vehicle owners close eye and inspection as it was being unloaded. At no point did they ever hear any "crunching noise" nor mention any. once the vehicle was unloaded both my driver and the owner inspected the vehicle to make sure there was NO DAMAGE to the vehicle. With the owners acknowledgement he released the driver to carry onto his next tow.

the first contact the owner made was through our online website, asking for our insurance information, but supplying us with no background information as to why they would need that. over the period of a week there was 3 total emails on our behalf responding and asking for further information, which eventually led to them contacting us via phone, after office hours. Our night dispatcher agreed to take down their information and forward it to the General manager.  Our General Manager made contact with the customer, to get further information from them. At the close of the conversation our General Manager communicated his intention to speak with the driver, and review video footage and camera photos taken of the tow, as well as comparing them to the photos taken by the vehicle owner. Upon this review our General Manager determined the damage was either pre existing, or happened at the repair facility prior to us towing the vehicle. the shape of the damage resembles that of constant rubbing of a parking curb, and there is a circular shape that does not resemble any part of the equipment used to tow the vehicle. It was these facts, as well as the testimony of our driver on scene that brought us to the conclusion that we did not create this damage and would not be taking financial liability for it as such.

The information described in the response is inaccurate. On the day of the tow when we were at Jack Furriers when the vehicle was lifted there was a crunching noise acknowledged by both my husband and the driver. The driver expressed he was relieved because he thought this was only the wind deflector that made the crunching noise. When the vehicle was towed to our property the driver did not inspect the vehicle, he dropped it off and left. I specifically remember this moment because the tow truck stalled and I was worried that their equipment is not serviced properly.  Once the driver left, my husband inspected the vehicle and the damage was there. We had to contact the business for 3 weeks by email and phone call, these 3 weeks we kept getting ignored and kept getting the run around of "we will have the GM contact you". As far as "footage" the driver took, there was no footage provided to us to show us the alleged "pre-existing" damage. If they can provide that to us then perfect. But we wouldn't go to these extents to prove this business damaged our vehicle if it wasn't true. This vehicle was in pristine condition as it had been in a garage for months and had not been driven for months as well.

This is a towing company that wrongfully picked up my vehicle from a location that has signs that state free parking. The issue however is when I called in before five o clock, I was put on hold until after the business hours. I was told the only method of payment is in cash, and was not informed of the rates, The fee I am being charged overnight is an holding fee. I wish to stop the business from not reporting cash payment to the IRS if applicable, and put an end to deceptive practices from this business.

     Good Morning,

Miss **** chose to park in the parking lot of an apartment complex near the UofA that required a parking permit to do so. Unfortunately she did not have the required permit, as she so admitted when she called in at 4:58pm, 7 hours after her vehicle was towed. The time Miss **** called was 58 minutes after our office had closed for releases for the day, she was promptly given a scheduled appointment for first thing the following morning. Upon completion of the release of Miss **** vehicle she was given a itemized receipt for everything she paid for, that was generated through our digital dispatching and accounting software. Collecting cash payment for impounds is an industry standard country wide, and a preferred method for law enforcement. Her insinuations are childish and unwarranted.

My car was towed from The District on 5th apartment in Tucson, Arizona. This is the apartment which I reside at and I pay $50 monthly payments to park my car in the garage here. I did not realize that the parking sticker on my car had fallen off and that was the reason why my car was towed. I had to pay $220 to pick up my car from B & C Towing even though my car is registered under my apartment. I was informed that B & C Towing has a list of which cars and license plates that are permitted to park in the garage, but they still towed my car and did not inform me that it was being towed. I do not believe they even checked to see if the car was registered before towing it. It was not until I needed to drive to work that I had to search through the garage and notice that my car was gone. I have attached my receipt from B & C Towing along with documentation of my car in my apartment's online resident portal.

Ms. ********* was in fact towed from the parking garage at 550 E. 5th st. This property is under contract with B&C Towing. We have been instructed to tow vehicles from that parking garage that do NOT have their parking permits visibly displayed, vehicles parked in fire-lanes, as well as vehicles in designated handicap spaces. We in fact do NOT have a list of registered resident vehicles. Properly displaying the required permit to park in that parking garage is solely the responsibility of the resident and not the towing company.
