5 starsSo far everything about Dynamic Comfort Air has been great. ******* has been our tech for a few years now. He calls when he's on his way. He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He started right away and finished quickly! If there's a delay for some reason we always get a call, either from the office or *******. 1 starPretty sure the service contract I spent $380/ year was a waste of my money Parts were extremely overpriced and I had 4 technicians come out over a few months to help me with decreased out put and pump noises. I was told I needed a new pump for $400 and a new fan $1200 finally I placed a bid request on yelp *** 4 technicians gave me much lower service and repair costs than Dynamic I had resolution of problem with simple diagnostic assessment and cleaning and flush out of pump. Cost 150 dollars! One technician said he would get back to me because he really didnt know my system well Truly disappointedReview fromDenise F.
