    This hair extensions company is top notch! Great quality hair, array of styles, lengths and colors and their stellar CS team is professional and efficient.I will buy only from them moving forward.     Please do not use this company.This is not buyer remorse. This is about receiving a product different from the one I ordered and they will not remedy this situation so I am out $180.00 I finally found the four point font where it says you cannot return if you remove them from two security clips contained in the package of delivery.The font is so small I did not see it before opening the product.I received a text message from the company prior to delivery in which they confirm the item was returnable. they did not indicate there were any parameters put around the ability to return.Perhaps if I had received the right color, this would not be an issue but now Im stuck with a shade I did not order, and no ability to return it.

    I'm very disappointed that there is no phone # to talk to a live person to do the exchange or return for me with the kind of money I'm spending. This not a $20 item where talking about, my purchase is a $500 plus item. Their process on the return/exchange is very confusing on the website, therefore I should be able to call and get a live customer service rep to do the process for me, after all they know their system, I do not. All the wasted time I had to spend texting back and forth and going on to your website all could have been avoided for me, the customer, if I only had a phone number to talk to a live person again, on such a large dollar amount purchase. After all of this I actually am afraid to send back my $500 item because I'm nervous if it get's lost or something, and again there is no live person to talk to at this company. I feel that in itself shows me that's a little shady and after awhile your process wear's people down and then they just give up and eat the cost of the product that there not happy with and that to me is why you have no phone number. Any reputable company has a phone number to talk to a customer service rep that is the least you has a company should offer its customer's, esspecally with how expensive your product is, not to mention the quality definitely gone down and the colors are not what the sample swathes you send out. I will never order from this or any company anymore unless they have a live human begin to talk.
