              Our family lost our grandmother and was having her funeral on the Navajo reservation. We are aware of Covid-19 and the CDC guidelines. My cousin had spoken with a lady the day before the funeral and was told it would be ok that we could switch off people during the viewing because it was limited to 25 people and that included the Pallbearers. My complaint is the guy who was doing her funeral for us. We tried to tell him what was told to us the day before and he didn't want to listen. He threatened to close the casket and take her to the cemetery. He had no right to talk to a grieving family the way that he did. He was very rude and unprofessional. This is not the only place I will be posting a complaint. He needs to learn how to control his anger and not threaten families like that.

              Mr. ** Please contact myself or the Funeral Director at Valley Ridge Mortuary. We would like to discuss this incident further and get more information to address the issue. I am sorry for the way you were treated and will not allow our customers or general public to be treated in this manner. We make every effort to offer compassionate customer service and regret what you experienced. We desire to resolve this issue and make corrections to our staff to prevent any future incidents.
