  This company was quick to take my money, but slow to respond when it comes to contacting them for a refund of $124! I cannot access their system at all after several attempts of trying to login, which is apparently the easiest way to cancel my membership. I also wasn't aware that a $97/month subscription would be tacked onto my credit card. I've left several emails and phone messages, with no response whatsoever. I even contacted the support team for the Deal Automator product they were marketing, and at least they got back to me in a timely manner. I would really like a refund from this company ****, and would warn others contemplating the purchase of this system - STAY AWAY FROM CLEVER INVESTOR!

  Hi **********, I see your concern has actually already been handled for you as of 6/13/2025 and the cancellation refund was processed. To address your concerns though, when our team receives an email request an auto response is sent to the sender with an associated ticket number, which we show you were sent in Ticket #******, to confirm the receipt of your request. General response time to requests is 1-2 business days, however, depending on our volume of requests that can change at anytime. As stated in our auto responder ticket, we ask that duplicate requests are not sent as that can cause additional delays in our response time. Any subsequent tickets for the same issue are merged to help ticket processing and avoid delays in responding to you. Our records show your link to activate your account was not accessed, which would cause an issue with your being able to enter your student account to access courses or modify any subscription. The $97 subscription you mentioned was outlined at checkout and is a 30 day trial included with your purchase. This is also outlined in the confirmation emails sent to you immediately after purchase. I see you sent your initial request on 6/6/2025 at 914PM AZ MST, which is after our office hours, and we are closed on weekends; and our office was closed on both 6/10/2025 and 6/12/2025 for Administrative training. Due to offices abnormal schedule that particular week and the subsequent volume of customer requests, our team responded to you on 6/13/2025 in which we resolved your issue. We of course apologize for the delay in responding to your request and hope if you have any additional questions you reach back out to our team.

  Be careful. Clever Investor engages in fraudulent activity. I recently purchased their Deal Automator bundle ($197), Pro Membership ($97) and Ultimate Private Money Package ($67). In the online advertisement, it offered a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, which I screenshot. Within the Pro Membership, there are two features that I am still unable to access. I contacted Technical Support regarding this issue. They replied back acknowledging the problem and asked for me to be patient while they are continuing to search for a solution to resolve the issues.Subsequently, I contacted the main Support desk via email requesting for a refund and cancellation of all of my purchases. I sent them an attachment of the screenshot of the 30-day guarantee. I received a reply within less than 12 hours indicating that while they would cancel my subscriptions at the end of the billing cycle, they would not be able to refund me since "...it appears you are outside of our refund policy for that item(s)." Their Terms of Service is dated January 9, 2025. My purchases were before this date. Their 30-day guarantee for the bundle takes precedence. Their ToS for Pro Membership provides an unconditional 30-day Money-Back guarantee. As far as the third product, since the full features were not delivered, I should be entitled to a full refund. Unless Clever Investor resolves this issue to my satisfaction, I plan to report and post their fraudulent activity on every platform and to the proper authorities.

  Hello *****, I reviewed your Ticket Request ****** from Friday, 1/24/2025, which did originally did deny your request, which we confirmed was due to *** ***** regarding the changes in our Terms of Service at the start of the new year and has been addressed. I do show that the *** stated in your ticket they would escalate your request to a Manager, which can take up to 1 business day. At that time of your request you would have retained access to your PRO Membership trial, however, as the Do Deals With Me Program (and PRO trial) and Deal Automator Bundle appear to have been reviewed and been approved for a refund same day by a manager access to the PRO Membership was revoked as soon as that was processed on 1/24/2025 as it was a trial inclusion with your DDWM paid course. Based on your original day of purchase from 1/1/205, the 30 day refund period would have applied only to the Do Deals With Me program (and PRO trial) and the Deal Automator Bundle. The Ultimate Private Money Package had a 7 Day refund period but I show as of Monday, 1/27/2025 1138AM AZ MST the refund was already approved for all items (including the Ultimate Private Money Package as a courtesy) and communicated to you in the same ticket request. Please respond to Ticket #****** if you have any further questions regarding this request.

  Could not have been more disappointed with the entire experience. Would not recommend. I feel as if I just reinvested the funds into real-estate books, or took out books from a library, I would have obtain the same knowledge and had extra funds to market.

  I just watched the webinar that ***** put on regarding wholesaling commercial properties, using none of your own money or credit. At the beginning of the webinar, he stated that we should put away our wallets as there was nothing to buy. At the end of the webinar, he said we should fill out our information select someone from his office can contact us about purchasing a program from them. That is not at all what they said originally. They said it was gonna be a partnership, not a purchase, yet I had to put in my contact information so someone could call me.When the called me, she was very condescending and was saying if you work out, and if we pick you to be in our program. I told her I did not appreciate the hard sales approach, and her attitude. If you wanna work with me that's great, if you don't, that's fine too. She backed off with that stance and then booked an appointment with ****. Let's see what happens. I'm not at all hopeful from what I've already experienced. If it's good, I will remove this comment later. If it's a horrible experience, i will add 2 this comment, or make a new one. Please be wary of this company. There's something wrong here, but i'm not sure exactly what it is.

  ******************* at it's finest with a guarantee they do not hold to. If you have a minimum of 10k you just want to give away, I would recommend giving it to a charity before these clowns. They market their mentoring service as top class, yet mentors ignore you mid conversation. It is nowhere near as easy as they claim. And to top it all off, their guarantee they do not honor. I voiced my displeasure, and where I felt they were misleading, and they chose to drop me and not give a refund. You have been warned.

  They were not clear on the steps needed to take. They brought another middle man into the mix. The one rep that reached out to me was rude n ignorant, with a very large lack of manners. When I emailed and requested a refund of 127 dollars.They said it would take 5 to 7 business days. Here it is the 7th business day. Now I feel the need to cancel my credit card because of fear of mishandled and misuse of my banking info. I 100% don't recommend this company. At least ************************* doesn't have questionable behavior. These guys are trash. Manners make everything. The unwillingness of a refund has put a ill taste in my mouth.

The Do Deals With me course you purchased is a self guided program with steps for participation listed out within the course, along with resources and supports to utilize the program. If there are specific areas within the course you felt could be better laid out for our students we would be happy to receive any feedback at *********************************** I have looked in to your refund concern and it appears you requested a refund on 2/17/2024 , which was a Saturday and our offices are closed. Our team responded on Monday, 2/19/2024, and a refund was processed same day by our team and a confirmation email sent. 5-7 business days is the standard time for our team to process refunds and for the funds to appear back to your account, depending on your financial institution processing the returned funds. If you have additional questions regarding this request please let our team know.

Clever Labs was held at the offices of Clever Investor in ***** **. I flew from ******** to ******* to participate in the two day training. *********************** and his team put on a very informative and helpful real estate training. Thank you Clever Investor!

  I JUST finished the latest Do Deals Get Paid Challenge hosted by *********************** himself along with a few other great members of his team. In summary, I learned more in the past 5 days than I learned from others in the past year! There was no "gray area" of information in this challenge! If you are truly wanting to learn real estate investing and how to be successful, do yourself a HUGE favor and get involved with the Clever Investor team! Last but not least, I wanted to mention the last 15 minutes of the challenge. ****'s words will change my life! All of this begins with YOU and how YOU are responsible for YOU first! GET HEALTHY!   I am a real estate investor that has been working in this business for many years and have been searching for a mentoring program with systems that would provide me with the tools, training, knowledge and high level of support that would help me reach my full potential in becoming a successful *********** Investor. I feel the Clever Investors community has the ability to do that. Through networking and social media I came across *********************** and Clever Investors. Although I've only been a part of this community for a short time, I've already learned some valuable information that I was missing in running my business. I immediately became engaged in their programs and have felt a positive difference already. Their Deal Automator system is a very powerful tool with the integration of A.I technology for lead gen. and a CRM that provides an all in one solution that is enabling me to run and manage my *** business like a seasoned veteran. Their support team is excellent, very responsive and helps resolve and answer questions quickly. I can go on and on with how pleased I've been so far, but in keeping this brief I would recommend this to anyone in the *** business. I'm looking forward to more of what I have experienced so far. Don't understand what any of the negativity I read below is all about. If you're not successful with Clever Investors then you need to look for another business other than ***.

  I was so glad that I made the decision to purchase ****'s ******* program (Deal Automator) by Clever Investor.
