5 starsExcellent, professional service. Termio reached out to me to let me know there was a transferrable warranty on the home I recently purchased. This had not been disclosed by the seller and I would have never known if not for their proactive outreach. They quickly scheduled an inspection to keep the warranty intact. They pointed out potential issues and offered input about options. After reviewing all options and costs, I chose to go with a treatment plan including a new warranty. ******* was the rep who did the inspection and was patient (I had a ton of questions), thorough, helpful, courteous and from our conversation, it is clear he is a kind and caring person. I am impressed with Termio so far and hope the proactive treatment plan does what it is supposed to do keeping the termites away! I will recommend Termio to anyone with a new or former termite issue as well as to homeowners looking to be proactive against the inevitable! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

5 stars********** explained what was going to be done for the initial service. Tech was friendly and professional. Went right to work and completed treatment quickly. They were right on time and went to work immediately. Very pleased with the service.******* has a communication system in place that keeps you up to date with when their service tech will be out. 5 starsTermio is always on time with showing up and everyone who has been to my home have always been respectful to ring the bell to let me know they are here and termio always sends an email the day before the appt with time. Have not had any problem with bugs or termites. Thank you TermioTermio

5 starsWe had an excellent experience with Termio recently. It was super easy and fast to get scheduled then we had ***** out for an inspection. He was professional, thorough, kind, and helpful. We decided to do both short term and long term treatments. ***** was here on a Friday and the issues were fixed the following Monday. We couldn't believe how fast it was! The technician that came did a great job too. He was professional and worked quickly. We were very happy with the service we received and we will definitely recommend this company in the future.Termio
