1 starShortly after purchasing my home (2/2022), I received an email from Termio saying that my termite warranty would soon be expiring. I emailed them back staying that I dont know where they received their information or my email, and Im covered through **** through another company. November rolls along and after four months of Covid, etc., my mind was a bit not itself. Received a letter in the mail from Termio again saying my warranty was up November 30, 2022. I renewed it for one year ($~125). They arrived today to check an area in the garage that might have termites. Sold me on a monthly program for termites/pests and it may be a good deal, however, I do not condone these unethical/fraudulent business practices and can, therefore, not recommend them. I asked to cancel the contract (they did) and to also refund me my one years warranty (pending) due to the issue above.
