5 starsI have had no issues with Bridgecrest. I submit my payment and they acknowledge that they have received it. I purchased my car through Carvana and financed it through Bridgecrest. I am surprised how many negative comments are on here as I have experienced none of what is noted on here.Bridgecrest

1 starpurchased a car from carvana, told them there were issues with the breaks, they refused to fix them, I lost control had no breaks slammed in to a tree and totaled the car, broke my nose and had internal bleeding. the air bag never went off. They came to pick up the car several months ago I had purchased gap insurance and now no one will respond to my calls, they are reporting to my credit as unpaid and I cant purchase another vehicle until they do so.Bridgecrest

1 starIve been with this company since April. Never have I missed a payment with this company ( or any company for that matter unless u talking student loans ??) My payments have been set up on auto draft every 2 weeks on Friday. With this auto draft, it was connected directly to my checking account ( routing and checking acct number) Despite the representative(s) saying it takes 3-5 business to process. The funds have ALWAYS EXITED ( not pending) my account around noon every 2 weeks on Friday . Until 9/2/2022. Funds never left the account , however on Bridgecrest side it read that payment was received. I assumed because its a holiday weekend that funds would exit my account when holiday (9/5) was over. 9/6 came , I receive a text that payment was not successful but funds were still in my account. So I processed the payment myself manually with checking account . Bridgecrest read that payment was successful but I stillllll had the funds in my account. Today 9/8, I received a text that payment was not successful. By this time Ive received 2 $15 NSF Fees. One fee was waived . I made a payment for $242 with my debit card ( charged $3.50 processing fee) and payment is successful . Butttt Im still let with a current amount due of about $30 and my biweekly payments have increased from $242 to about $257. I was told its me and banking institution problem and Bridgecrest is not responsible. I should make the payment and MAYBE my payments will resume back. Im having a mental break ! I should not be penalize for a faulty checking account processing system. When I asked why so many reviews with the same issue. I was told she could address that with me. This unacceptable! I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! Stay far away!!!! We were good until I was LIED ON by this company. My checking account has been my account for over 10 years. Issue came with payments processing with ONLY THIS COMPANY!Bridgecrest

1 starThere should be an option for zero stars for companies like this! I have had my car for 3 months, my due date is the 8th of every month it was supposed to be on the 15th. I have been trying to have them work with me on this. I was told I have to wait 6 months to change my due date, not even the irs would make someone wait that long to make new payment arrangements! I have been a week or 2 late on my payments, they still got paid but they were rude and threatened to repo my car if i didn't pay by a certain day. Everyone I have spoke to with Bridgecrest had an attitude for no reason. I would be on time if they would adjust my due date, that's a very simple fix. I am currently looking into refinancing to get out from under this unprofessional company and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I will be recording all future calls and write down the names of who I speak with. All other companies I have dealt with work with their customers not only for good rapport to keep good customers but to be referred to get more business. I hope Bridgecrest let's go if the bad employees they have and take the steps necessary to become a good businessBridgecrest

1 starI purchased my car through Carvana and they handled all the financing. Working with ******* was great -- this financing company is not. I have had nothing but problems since day one. First off, I am a state employee which means that I get paid once a month. For financial management reasons, all bills are paid on the first. My initial payment date was the 26th which was just the right date to cause repeated problems with budgeting. The process for changing the due date was RIDICULOUS. I had to call, wait on hold, then cancel my current autodraft setup, they changed the due date, then I had to call back a week later to be read some sort of disclaimer, the date would finally be finalized, and the cherry on top was that they did NOT re-enroll me in autopay. Now, the first person I spoke to when trying to change my due date/autodraft date did not inform me of the protocol to call back in a week. So I didn't, thinking all was well. Well, apparently, not calling means that it reverts to the original due date AND my autodraft cancellation was still in force. This caused me to be late on two payments. Finally got everything changed and finalized (so I thought) and this month was when it was supposed to begin auto-drafting on the first. Just got off the phone after receiving a voicemail instructing me to "call as soon as possible regarding [my] account" and it turns out my payment is late -- AGAIN -- because they did NOT re-enroll me in auto pay as I had been told. I have had this financing for less than a year. This is the worst company that I have dealt with (excepting ****** The only ~slight~ positive is that their customer service reps are always polite. Not helpful, but at least they aren't rude. Horrible company.Bridgecrest

1 starIf I could give no stars I would. Hours were spent on the phone when I refinanced through my credit union. I have tried and tried to get the lien released. They said it would not be done until June. This was in March. In August, my credit union changed the terms of my loan because I still had not received the lien release. I still have not. They said my credit union would, but the credit union said they never received it. Both parties told me to contact the other party. The last rep at Bridgecrest said they could never release the lien release to me, because I was not the paying party. But they would not release it to my credit union unless they called and then it would take some "time" as it would go standard mail. But my call would not work, only a rep from my credit union can call them. The initial terms for my loan are gone. With no collateral, the loan is now on current interest rates vs March's. No one is going to refund this money. There will be no one to pay the price for the bad service from Bridgecrest but me.Bridgecrest

1 starThey have horrible internal communication. Will claim that you didnt make your payments, and will make you send your bank account statements to verify your payment was actually made. They erroneously take two payments for one bill and will claim they only took one. This business is not great at all.Bridgecrest

1 starAfter sending my loan payoff, Bridgecrest credited the account after waiting a week to process. They proceeded to hold onto my title despite seeing it as paid off, claiming it would take a few business days to mail out. Over two weeks later it has not arrived, so I call back. A new agent changed the story and said policy is not to release titles for 10 business days after payment. I don't know if that's legal given they no longer own the car, I don't see how it would be. The fact the agents gave conflicting information on different calls (the first agent likely just saying what I wanted to hear to get me off the call despite it being erroneous) seems in line with other people's experiences here. When I asked the second agent for the tracking number of the title they claim to have now sent, he said that wasn't possible and the check may take up to another 2 weeks to arrive. **** is 3-5 business days in snail mail so this seems dubious as well. We're now 3 weeks since I sent the check to payoff (overnight mail), they claim the title just mailed out, and I should buffer another 2 weeks. 5 weeks to get a title despite them having the money in hand, and two customer service calls with conflicting information is terrible. I don't recommend anyone uses Bridgecrest. It stuns me that ******* has a relationship with them because it's a bad look for their brand to make it seem like Bridgecrest is a partner worth using. I don't personally wish to deal with exploring the legality of their policy to hold onto titles of paid of cars for 2 weeks but it seems shady at a minimum. Do yourself a favor and use another loan provider. These folks are predatory, incompetent or both.Bridgecrest

1 star2012 ****** Z was in accident. Insurance company paid out $3150. Service kind would take 2-3 months so took to local body shop. Insurance check was 2 party. I signed and sent to Bridgecrest along with paid invoices (I paid for the repairs expecting a reasonable time to get MY MONEY), pictures, the insurance adjustment, everything. Its now been a month, 16 phone calls and countless "tickets" with the ****claims and they refuse to release my money. They have lost documents and i have had to resend. They asked for W9 in which was not necessary. Now they wont release the money because the insurance paid me $155 of 1 wheel...but I had to get the 3 other wheels repainted so THEY WOULD MATCH! Bridgecrest says nope, outside the estimate scope. I said keep the $200 then and send me the balance. They literally said "nope we keep it all and put as a principle adjustment". The last call was with ******* and she said "sir I'm sorry Ive been with this company for over 4 years and never seen anything like this" She was sincerely sorry.Bridgecrest
