      The absolute worst finance company ever. I wish I had done some research. They screwed my title and now I cannot register my car or drive it. They say it will take 4-6 more weeks and I have already waited over 4 weeks.

      The car loan was paid off in full on August 1, 2025. Over seven weeks later, we have yet to receive the title to the car. We have gotten nothing but runaround from the company, an excess of excuses and "it's being processed". When should we expect to see the title?

      I recently reached out via their text number. A representative named ******* answered the chat. We began the chat and I patiently waited for ******* to respond to my initial greeting and question. ******* took about 1-2 minutes to respond to each query. When they asked the reason I reached out within about 30 seconds of me typing my response ******* ended the chat without warning or checking to see if I was still there. I was surprised because they were slow to respond and I was quite swift - I expected at least the same courtesy I provided them. Due to this I provided a realtime verbatim that this wasnt how to conduct a conversation and instead of taking ownership they were condescending towards me so I let them know that I am ending this horrible experience and to that they responded with sarcasm. I asked them again not to respond and to cease all communication and end this chat. They again responded with another comment. This type of back and forth is not my interpretation of customer service. This associate clearly didnt care to exercise restraint. I have the text messages and can share them if needed. You cant make this stuff up. This is my first time having such a negative experience with Bridgecrest and now Im sincerely disappointed that I have to do business with them.

      This company is a joke, and way overpriced, and the worst customer service EVER! 1) Who in the right mind would ever pay over $300 bi-weekly. 2) ************** institution doesn't send you a monthly statement. 3) THEY CHARGE FOR EARLY PAY OFF!!!

      0 stars!!! I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with ****** miles on it from ******* on 09/26/2024. The Annual Percentage Rate they are charging on this vehicle is ******%. The amount I financed was $29,384.70. , so after the full term of this loan I would have to pay $57,156.11. I have made every payment on time. I have limited access to see any of my information on the website through Bridgecrest which is who ******* does their financing through. When contacting Bridgecrest they are very rude and do not care about high interest rates and tell me I have no choice but to pay it. I have tried trading in this Jeep to get out of the high interest and payments, but I am about $10,000 in negative equity from this now because of their interest and the vehicles depreciation. They are taking advantage of people, and have no empathy for any of their customers. I contacted them on 9/15/2025 and asked them if they had a buy back option, or if I did a voluntary surrender where could I turn the vehicle in. I was informed that there is not way for me to voluntarily surrender it and that they would have to send out a tow truck to get the vehicle and that it would be marked as a forced repossesion if I did this. I contacted them today to ask for a breakdown of all payments made and what the payments were going towards because I see that about 90% of my payment is just going towards the interest alone. I asked for a copy of the chat conversation we had and they told me that they can not send me copies of that and if I wanted it recorded I should have called, but those records are also only saved for their end. She stated in these messages that the loand and contract that I agreed too my APR was 24.9% and if I delay payments one month then this will have more going to the interest then the principle. But, I have never delayed payments with them for the time that I have had it, yet almost all of my payment is going towards principle. They are severely taking advantage of people.

      This company is horrible! They are rude and the workers don't know what they are talking about. This company needs to be sued and shut down. Who ever works for this company are horrible people. You can literally work for a car dealership or car loan company that actually look out for people and yall choose to work here and make peoples lives h*** Y'all advertise all over the tv and social network like yall are doing people good. Meanwhile yall take peoples money for s***** cars that break down and charge HIGH interest rates. This place is awful and I hope everyone that works for this company to get people to buy a car goes to h*** and bridgecrest can literally go to hell! Horrible horrible business and scammers!

      Paid every payment on time after a year I was injured at work which required surgery and a descent amount of time being off work. I continued to still make my payment with workers comp being considerably lower than what I was bringing home from my normal job, I needed an extension and was denied not once not twice but three times with no real reason on why it was denied. They were very pushy to make a payment when obviously if I could I wouldnt have asked for an extension. They kept telling me wait until after my payment due date to file so I called the day after my due date as was directed and was still denied. The customer service is absolutly clueless and very unprofessional. So that being said my payment due date was generally on the 8th I decided I had enough of dealing with them and was going to trade the vehicle off to partially get away from bridgecrest. I called them and informed them I was trading on the 10th but it would take a week or so to have everything complete. I ended up trading by the 13th. It takes time To get paper work done but before the following week was up by the 17th I was receiving reposition letters. So not even 10 days after my due date I was getting threatening letters. Best decision ever to get away from them very unprofessional and when they say they offer extensions for hardships obviously its a bold face lie. I wouldnt finance another thing from them if they were the last place on earth. Think for hard before you deal With this company!!!

      Got a 2016 gmc terrain less than two years ago had to pay to fix a valve in the 4th cylinder (November 24) and car is messed up again already! Less than 118k miles

      I had heart surgery and need it to use another extension because of how far back we got with everything because of the surgery. I was three payments back they wanted two payments to offer me an extension which would have been roughly $1, 350. I offered them $1,100 so that we still had money for food for us and our daughter and they would rather come and repo it then let me pay them $1,100 and offer me the extension to help keep my vehicle and to help keep them getting paid now that I'm starting to get back to work. Stay far far away from them!!!!! And I didn't call and ask once I spoke to 7 I repeat seven different people and the only thing that they wanted was payment.

      Horrible ***************** I was in a bind this month and wanted to make my payment 5 days after the due date ( so payroll would hit ). I was told " If you can't afford it why did you buy a new car?" I was taken aback.... and muttered "huh?" They then proceeded to tell me that I could call AFTER my payment was declined on my due date and work something out ( that was a red flag for me, trying to get fees and more interest ). I told them never mind, I will find a way to pay on time.
