"Per the conversation on Monday, February 21st, when you called, and talked to TJ: your money is back on your card. TJ explained everything to you and apologized. There is nothing more that can be done. Your money has been refunded. Depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 days to have that reflected on your account. Please contact your bank as there is nothing more we can do."Per the conversation with TJ on 02/21/22 I was told that you are not able to work directly with me and have to compete through the bank. I was advised it would be refunded but here we are now another 3 weeks later and I still have not seen the funds available in my account. My bank has not received an refund from your company. I mean are you guys really struggling that bad that you have to rob people for money? This entire process is a complete joke and I am so regretful for ever walking into this terrible establishment. I will get my money one way or another, If you all would stop holding it for no reason and just issue the **** refund we could be done. You guy need to stop BSing and get this done. Give me my money back you thieves! All of this is documented and I will be writing more reviews and making people avoid this establishment as much as possible. I have everything you have all LIED about and said from the very beginning of this process when you all STOLE my money.
