I completed a Master's in Psychology ****** with Arizona State University. The website states that the ****** does not lead to licensure, but it also states that graduates of the MS ****** program in psychology, "may pursue a clinical internship and additional coursework to prepare for licensure exams." (see page 3 of attachment)When I contacted the school about that particular sentence they said, there is no internship or additional coursework available to prepare for licensing exams. I would have to pay for another ******. I feel that they provided false advertising. The licensing exam would lead to a license associate counselor, which leads to a licensed professional counselor. I have also contacted the ***************************** for the is question and I was told to contact the school.

I had applied for graduate program in computer science (***************************************************) since I wanted to pursue a masters of science. In the past two/three weeks whenever I log in to my Myasu account the gre scores are always put in the priority list despite having reported the scores directly from ets on November 2nd. I also sent the scores from ets on Jan 7th after paying an additional 30 dollars. So when I called admissions graduate office yesterday I was disappointed to find out that my application will not be considered since I gave the gre test at home and that is why gre scores were still present in my priority list. I have paid a total of 145 dollars towards this application and I expect a refund of this amount. Please do the needful.Thanking you Yours sincerely ***************************** ASU 10 digit ID: **********

Good morning, thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to the inquiry. The ASU graduate application webpage clearly states that the General GRE Test at home is not accepted. Applicant should take the appropriate graduate placement test and reapply. Thank you.

I was just contacted by a credit agency that works for Arizona State University saying that I owe $3990.00, I never attended. I started the process but I never started classes, never attended classes, never completed a financial check in and now they say that I owe them this money.

In February 2021, I made a formal complaint in email to the assistant **** at the time explaining my extreme circumstance that required me to drop classes after the supposed withdrawal date. I sent a letter signed by the company I was working for at the time that explained I was displaced due to being furloughed, and this put me in financial duress during ***** of ****** ASU ignored my plea for help and instead of responding to my formal letter they opted to hire a debt collection agency, ***************************, to collect a debt that I do not owe per their policy of emergency circumstances. I'm a veteran who was pursuing a higher education in 2021, but due to circumstances I was unable to continue my education nor was I in a financial position during these ***** of ***** to pay for classes. I had to use what money I had left in savings to find a new place to live, and make hard decisions between paying for my vehicle loan or paying for rent. Again, this was all explained to my program mentor with ASU as well as my counselor, ********, and the assistant **** and yet my explanation fell on deaf ears. This is my last attempt to make a resolution before filing a formal complaint with the ********** of ********* and the VA, and lastly before filing federal suit.

I have been reaching out to ASU which I am currently attending. I have reached out numeroustimes to try to register for the upcoming Spring 2023 semester with no help. I have contacted my advisor which has advised me that a request was sent to faculty to see if he has any other options. Well, this has been 2 weeks and we have yet to hear anything. I cant believe it takes 2 weeks to get a response or help. We keep asking for an update and the response is we are still waiting. I have not been able to registerto any classes since the system advises me that I also need approval. Which was also not communicated to me.This is so frustrating and I do not want to lose out on my scholarships since the deadline for registration is coming up because ASU is not helping me. I respectfully ask for you to intervene to ensure this issueis resolved and I am able to register for next semester. I need help.

My student ID is **********. I graduated from ASU and am looking to pursue an MBA to advance my career professionally. I do have a balance of around $2,300 with ASU that I am aware of and because of that, they have a hold on my official transcripts which doesn't allow me to pursue any college programs. Programs require a copy of the official transcripts and with the hold, I cannot apply to MBA programs. To get this hold off, I have to pay the entire balance which I cannot do right now. I have reached out to the collections company the balance was sent to, to figure out payments. I get the run around because they tell me I cannot pay through them and to contact ASU. I contact ASU and they tell me to contact the collections company. I would like to start making payments to get this taken care of. Ultimately, I want this hold on my official transcripts taken off, so I can apply to MBA programs. This is delaying me from advancing my life professionally, which I would think a college would not want to interfere with. I will agree to make payments as long as this hold is taken off immediately.
