This complaint is about Blue Leaf Auction run by ***** and *********. This so called auction took place on 12-15-23 at night, I was concerned that few people would show up a night, but ***** assured me that they do this all the time. ***** told me he would get then BEST price for me "because if you don't make money I don't make money". These was not an auction, they basically gave my items away. For example...my beautiful Native ******** figure that was worth $$$ of dollars he sold for $5.00. An entire rack of clothes some new some pre owned with at least 40 pieces he sold for $10.00 and the list goes on. What I think is that they bought these items for themselves to re sell for a big profit, They also took items from my house and garage including ammunition that was NOT for sale. I've asked for there license #, copy of the contract and a detailed list of items that they took. Every I try to talk to ***** he hangs up on me . I feel like I robbed without a gun. They took complete advantage of me . I'm a widow that had a stroke almost one year after my dear Husband suddenly passed. I'm still having to use a ******, which was more difficult for me to be outside watching them. When they were done they pretty much threw stuff back in my garage and left all my art work on the floor of the living room. There are also items missing that are not on the invoice and ***** knows nothing about it. PLEASE help me by putting a stop to there lying, stealing and cheating. PLEASE help me get some compensation Thank You so much for what ever you can do to help me.
