    We initially had a diagnosis that it was the control board needing replacing for our dryer. Then we waiting 3 weeks for that part to come in. The company came back and then diagnosed a new issue that needed replacing when all problems and parts should have been diagnoses visit one. 3rd visit after almost 2 months of not having a working dryer he said they ordered the wrong part. So now we are still without a dryer instead of getting the part immediately and making this right he said 11 other calls to go to today. Repair man now says soonest will be Tuesday. We have been without a way to wash clothes for a family of 5 because of this companies incompetence.

    I was referred to Beyer by my home warranty company. I had a problem with my dryer. I still have a problem with my dryer. I think Beyer should come out and repair my dryer without charging me again. I think their fees are super high, and the part needed is just $25. I spoke with an *********, and I hope she changes her mind and does the repair for me. If I ever get referred to Beyer by my home warranty company, I will request another company immediately.

    Yes, this is correct. Claim was issued thru the customer's home warranty. This means they determine coverage's for their customer. The Home Warranty determined this "NOISE" is not covered. We supplied full report to the home warranty that although the unit is working and no components have actually failed the unit is making a noise. ************************** home warranty did not authorize approval for the repair due to not parts actually failing at this time. ********************** contacted our office and I offered to do a 3 way with the Home Warranty to get clarification and see if we can find a resolution, and their authorizations department and customer accepted. I had ********************** and **** at AHS on the line so we can see if this denial could get overturned. I asked the representative at AHS (home warranty) several times that we would like to get the issued resolved for ********************** and in order to do that we would need to replace a part to take care of the noise. The authorizations representative stated that this would not be covered and denial would stay in place. ********************** is asking us to replace a part that is not covered. I offered him an out of pocket quote for this part and he declined. He wants Beyer Appliance Service to pay,warranty part and do work for FREE. I advised he would be responsible for out of pocket repair if he wishes to move forward. It's not that its just a $25 part, this is time and labor for my technician to install the part, the gas to drive out to his home and warranty the repair thru our Company, so in the future if issues arise again with this part it would be warrantied for him thru Beyer Appliance. There is a cost to do the repair and he declined our offer. We have declined to do the work for free and have right of refusal to work with this customer.
