On June 28, 2024 the Arizona State Attorney General's Office filed a Consent Judgement against Apache Trail Healthcare, Inc dba Sunwest Choice Health and Rehab. Charges filed allege the business is hereby enjoined from enforcing the Confidentiality Clause or any similar language in any existing arbitration agreement with any current or former patient or resident of any Bandera facility.
The matter is pending.
