    I read thru ALL of the materials I received and NO WHERE did it say I would be charged a monthly fee to be able to view. This is bait and switch!!!!

    Hi *****, We apologize for any confusion with the process. The iMemories Cloud Storage subscription is an optional way customers have to save their memories once the digital conversion is complete. It is listed on the website and in the Starter Guide as an **************On (page 4). We do not automaticaly subscribe customers to a plan at the end of the 30 free days of access. We offer customers customization and flexibility when it comes to saving their memories, since each customer does not have the save needs. In addition to the cloud storage, you can download and save your memories at no charge to your computer or devices or purchase DVD/USB drives(s). We want to ensure customers are able to save their memories in the best way for them. If the subscription is not the best option for you, we would be happy to go over the other options with you.     I felt like I was completely misled by this company. I had about 40 items of content digitized and paid over $500 only to find out that I cannot download and save my content myself. Further, and much worse, I am unable to access it any longer unless I pay to do so either monthly or annually. In addition, I had reached out to their *********************** to discuss the concerns and have yet to receive any response.**********************!

    Hi ****, We apologize if there was any confusion with the process. Every order with iMemories does come with 30 days of free online access. During that time you can view, edit, share and download at no charge. It is not intention to mislead our customers in anyway. This information is on our website, in the Starter Guide that is included inside the SafeShip Kit that you purchased and online when you select how to process your order. We want to ensure our customers have the best experience possible, and that starts with having all of the information needed.I am seeing that you did request to download your videos in January during your 30 free days. We certainly want you to be able to save the memories you paid to have processed. If you were unable to save these to your computer in January we can certainly give you an additional 30 days of access to save everything.     Not happy at all. I paid to have my videos digitized and now I have to pay for access to them. I have not been able to log in to even view my videos.

    Hi *******, I wanted to reach out to you regarding your review and the trouble you have had viewing your videos. I also left you a voicemail, but wanted to follow up with an email. I apologize for any confusion with the process and the fact that our emails were unable to assist you in the manner you needed. This is not the experience we want our customers to have. When we do the digital conversion, every order with iMemories comes with 30 days of free online access to view, edit, share and decide how you want to save your memories. During that time you can order customized DVDs, USB flash drives, download and save to your computer and devices (no charge) or keep your online access with the iMemories Cloud Subscription for $7.99/mo or $49.99/year. The cloud storage subscription is an optional way you have to save your memories. If you would prefer to save them a different way, I'd be happy to discuss the different options. We want our customers to have their memories saved in a way that is the most comfortable for them. I am going to give you 90 days of free online access, so you will have time to decide how you want to save your memories long term. Since you subscribed to the iMemories app through Apple iTunes I can not cancel the subscription or refund you for the monthly charge. I can however give you the information on how to cancel the subscription. 1. Go to Settings 4. Tap Subscriptions. 5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. 6. Tap Cancel Subscription. 7.     This company operates in a fraudulent manner according to my experience. I sent a VCR tape to be converted to a DVD. They sent tape back and charged me $50 but did not send a DVD or memory stick. Sent email stating I needed to pay $8 a month to access it on the cloud. The agreement was to provide a DVD. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Do not use this company.

    Extremely expensive I had three large films and a couple small ones came to 10 videos most were small and got one DVD and it was over $350 and that's with using the half off coupon I wish I would have shopped around more for different pricing it just seems very expensive for what I got

For film our pricing is per 50ft, the larger reels make up the majority of the pricing for this reason.     The quality was fine, but there were substantial unadvertised upcharges. I sent in old family slides in November based on their claim that it would take 2-3 weeks to receive digital downloads. On Nov. 30, I received notice I would need to pay an additional $50 to receive my digital downloads by Christmas - which was still a month away, far more than the advertised 2-3 weeks - and $22 for them to send the slides back. I paid it. What else could I do? They had the slides! In fairness, the website does say there might be a fee for shipping the original materials back, but they did not say how much larger it would be than the fee for shipping the materials *to* them.I have not been able to leave a review on the site and my email to their helpline about leaving a review has gone unanswered. They advertise a 5.0 rating on their site, but the fact I'm a customer who can't leave a review leads me to be suspicious of how authentic their reviews are.

    I sent in 7 videotapes (VHS) and selected to have them sent to me in an iCloud. All were done professionally and in a timely manner. Bery pleased with the process as well as the outcome!

    I have been with imemories for several years and while getting on board with them - having them actually digitize old videos - was easy, I've been disappointed again and again with the usability of their platform after that initial experience. A handful of the 20 videos I sent them originally for digitizing came back with no sound or intermittent sound which was disappointing since I could hear the sound when replaying the videos on my handheld camera. Their mobile and desktop upload features for videos is awful - it's slow and requires way too many clicks. When I first signed up, the mobile upload feature was simple and easy, but then they "upgraded" and then one could no longer upload via the app (had to be on desktop version) and features were removed like uploading multiple videos at a time. It's such a bad user experience that I actually think they purposefully make it difficult because they don't want people to upload all of their day to day videos. I'm so frustrated by it, but am also kind of stuck because I've paid to store so many videos here already. I regret starting the journey with this company.
