            I overpaid this provider by $2000 and now they are refusing to refund me. I have copies of the following: the signed contract obligating me to pay $3000, a credit card statement that shows I paid this $3000 on January 10, 2022, and my health savings account statements showing that an additional $2000 was sent from my HSA on February 17, 2022 due to my insurance submitting the claim to my HSA which automatically triggered a payment from my HSA. My credit card company and HSA provider both tell me the provider should just refund me the $2000. I've made several calls to the provider since March 2022 to no avail.
