  This company was great at first. But when they got our complete payment, that was when we started to get ignored. At first , they were right on top, getting and requesting the appropriate information. 6 months later a letter was sent to our timeshare company, letting them know they were representing us. After that I got one email stating they were waiting on a response from the company. This information was given after numerous phone calls and emails to everyone I had been in contact with. Since then, we have not heard from them, no emails, phone calls, texts or mail. It has been a year now, and we feel we have been scammed. I did check them out for several weeks before we put any money out, did not see any negative reviews or a bad rating on the BBB. They must have changed their names or something. I also requested information on who I could contact at the timeshare to help speed things up, but no response. They sounded very knowledgeable and promising in the beginning. Were retired on a fixed income and this has hurt us financially. I hope someone stops them from swindling anyone else!

  I reached out to them for help with my wife's timeshare ownership and getting out of her contract. They were really helpful and suggested that we should ask the company if we could get out of the contract which we had not previously considered. Following their advice, I contacted the timeshare company, and guess what? We no longer own it and won't have to pay any more maintenance fees! I'm grateful for their advice and their genuine caring for us. Although I no longer needed their services, I would approach them again in the future if I came to need any such issues.

  I called Legacy Exit Group and they took care of everything. After that, I stopped getting any messages from the timeshare contract. Finally, they informed me that my case was closed and I was released from my contract. I found their services to be highly reliable and efficient. They followed through with their promises and kept me updated throughout the process. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to get out of their timeshare. The whole process was great.
