Company: Legacy Exit Group ************************************************** Complaint:In May 2023, I entered into a financing agreement with Legacy Exit Group for $6,495 in timeshare exit services, financed through ********************************** (****). Legacy Exit Group, through its affiliate Agent Group LLC, failed to provide the promised services. They instructed me to send a draft Deed in Lieu letter to *****************Westgate denied the request on June 2, 2025.On April 23, 2025, Agent Group LLC terminated their services and stopped working on my case.Legacy now claims that this denial equals completion of services, which is misleading. I remain fully obligated to ******** and did not receive what I paid for.Communication was extremely poor I often went weeks or months without hearing from them, even after reaching out for updates. Why I am filing this complaint:I financed services that were not delivered. Legacy/Agent Group terminated services prematurely and failed to cancel my timeshare as promised. I am left paying **** for services I never received.Desired Resolution:Refund of payments made and/or cancellation of remaining contract balance.Accurate reporting to **** that services were not completed.Enclosures available upon request: Retail Installment Contract, Termination Letter, Westgate Denial Letter.

We contracted with Legacy Exit Group in the amount of $1,495 to assist in nullifying or terminating our contract with Sapphire vacations. The first monthly payment of $144.58 was auto-withdrawn on 4/15/2023. We received one letter of representation in November 2023. After that we had extremely limited contact with ******* *******. She asked if we had any communication with Sapphire (**************). We told her we had not. She contacted us again and wanted us to reach out to ********/Diamond on behalf of Legacy. That was exactly what we were paying Legacy to do on our behalf! On 4/18/2025 we received email communication from ******* *******, stating representation from Legacy Exit Group was being terminated for lack of contact from Sapphire/Diamond. Although terminated, they continued drafting $144.58 from our account on a monthly basis. In total, monthly payments were withdrawn for $4,192.82. I also believe we paid $700 down payment, but I cannot locate proof at this moment, but I continue to review records. In the least, we want our entire $4,192.82 refunded for breech of contract, services not rendered. Once I confirm the down payment, I am requesting that refunded as well.

I am filing this complaint against Legacy Exit Group for breach of contract and failure to provide services for which I paid in full.On July 18, 2023, I entered into a signed agreement with Legacy Exit Group, paying $5245 for timeshare exit services. I was told I would be out of my Bluegreen timeshare within 612 months. It has now been over 26 months, and no resolution has been provided.Despite my compliance, Legacy Exit Group has failed to perform:Only one letter was ever sent to ********* on my behalf.I was then instructed to personally call Bluegreen, contrary to what was promised.Legacy Exit Group wrongfully terminated my contract even though I fulfilled all my responsibilities and ongoing obligations, contact with them.I continue to receive daily calls from Bluegreen with no resolution.Out of necessity and directive from Legacy, I contacted Bluegreen directly on 7/29/24, 4/29/25, 6/7/25, 8/11/25, 9/10/25, and 9/19/25. Each time, they confirmed they would not accept the deed-in-lieu option and instead offered only payment arrangements. This is not the outcome I paid Legacy Exit Group to achieve.I have paid Bluegreen over $12,000 and Legacy Exit Group $5,245 plus their Agency Group ********* services $775, yet I remain in the same financial hardship position, with my credit negatively affected. They claim to support the ******************** however, with their misrepresentation thus far, I don't believe anything they say.

I hired Legacy Exit Group to get me out of my timeshare. I spoke at great length with ***** and on several occasions. After speaking with another exit company, I thought Legacy was a better option. I took out a loan. I had to pay $4495 plus attorney fee $750. At first they spoke with me regularly. Then the contact was less. Every time I spoke with **** *** she would say that Westgate was the worse and they will not respond. Two years later, **** *** says they still cannot reach them. She sent me a letter to send to ********. The letter is a form letter. No signature from and attorney and it is not on letterhead. Also, I was sent a letter of termination. They have not provided me with any correspondence. They have done nothing. I am out my money, not out of my timeshare. I do not have the money to pay the timeshare or to hire someone else to help me. Honestly I dont know who to trust. ***

We have hired a timeshare exit group to get out of our timeshare we were falsely sold and they charged over over 5k up front and its been almost two years. They dont follow up and they always say they cant get a hold of the timeshare company. This has been ongoing for a long time and it appears to be a scam. We cannot get our money back.

I did research and found Legacy had a good reputation and only took cases where someone was looking for timeshare relief after being promised things that were not delivered. I gave them full documentation and they accepted my case. I signed up and was given a contract which I have included. They were to amicably negotiate with Summit at ****************************** (SMOA) to get rid of my week timeshare. On June 9, 2023 they sent a contract and I signed it and paid them $4495.00 plus a $750.00 attorney fee. My representative was ******* and the man who had taken my case was *****. For a few months they regularly notified me of the status and that an attorney had been assigned to my case but said the process would take time and I should be patient. In July I was billed by SMOA $1142.00 and began trying to notify Legacy and get an update. Phones that were answered by machine on which I left messages were never returned. Many emails were ignored. i found an online comment from a relatively new client with the same issues.

Purchased a Timeshare through ******** in 2022. I realized it was a mistake and needed to get out of it found Legacy exit group online, I thought I did my due diligent research and signed a contract to pay a large sum of money to have an attorney assist with getting out of the timeshare. They promised they would help with credit repair after and it would take ***** months to terminate the timeshare. I am trying to contact someone from the company for months now and there is no physical person to talk to. You either leave a message, which no one calls you back or they ask you to text them at their main number and give you a generic message with no help Its an automated machine that text you back and does not respond to any questions. This is a fraudulent company, ** paying all this money and no one is calling me back and I have no idea if this is even legit now. This has been going on for months.

We were referred to Legacy Exit Group to help us exit a time share we had just purchased. Legacy exit group states they work with different firms of attorneys. At the beginning everything was fine, we received feedback from representatives of both companies. Once we paid them, they all disappeared. Legacy Exit Group will not pick up any calls and the Attorney they referred us to, has also disappeared; ************************* Solo attorney in ****************. I found on the reviews posted to Legacy that this attorney apologizes for not being able to help. Same letter he writes to different customers. All he does is change the name of his victim. You can see the same letter from ******************************* under Legacy Exit Reviews on Goole.
