            I have ordered a c arm fluoroscope machine in 2020 and tok over 4 months to get despite the promise to get a machine within 30 days. i was then given a machine in spring of 2021 but it broke and barely worked after 2 to 3 weeks in my office. i have now been waiting 9 months to get the machine repaired and or get a working machine. i have paid over ***** for the machine that doesnt work and another 5k to get a part for repair yet its still not working. the owner will not call me back and or help me get this machine fixed. the few points of contact state he will call me back , never to actually call or get a repair man to come and fix the machine. i run a medical practice and cannot do cases without having a working machine. i was required to go buy another 60k machine from another company while i wait to get the other c arm fixed. its been taking up space in my office for the last 9 months with no function. i would like to get a refund of this machine or get it fixed asap

            We to have been scrammed! in my 30 years of doing business with medical companies this is a first... I wish we had checked BBB prior to doing business with them.Our surgery center purchased a refurbished Infusion Pump from this company and as soon as he, *************************, owner of the company, cashed the check he has had nothing but excuses. And now we cannot reach anybody at the listed office number and he avoids our calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! All the past reviews speak for themselves !!I also give this company a "0" not even a one probably more like a -5 *******- ******************** Manager
