    In February 2024 I had a gentleman come to my home and give me brochures for solar panels. The next day a gentlemen named **** *********** came to my home to explain how the solar panels would be installed from the state of ********. In May 2024 **** *********** sent some guys to install panels. They said my bill would be $150 a month and my Ameren bill would stop. Ameren continues to send bills saying my solar panels dont meet some sort of frequency. ******* ******* also works for ************ or ProLux Energy said he would refund all my money from Ameren. He has failed to do so. I have no account information. Ive been scammed. ****************** takes the money. I need help!!!

    We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. Contrary to the claim that no reimbursement was provided, we have already issued multiple payments to the customer, totaling $1,991.13, as follows:

    $500.00 on 12/12/24
    $1,078.24 on 12/13/24
    $212.75 on 1/8/25
    $200.14 on 2/18/25

    This is in no way a requirement on our part, as the lender has production guarantees in place that would be primarily responsible, and the installer is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the installed system. The installer's own warranty was also sent to the customer at the point of sale.

    Additionally, after conducting a thorough review of the system itself, we determined that additional panels are needed to optimize performance. Although we were not the original installeras the system was installed by LGCY Powerwe have taken the initiative to correct the issue at no cost to the customer.

    Since identifying this, our head of operations has attempted to contact the customer on multiple occasions (February 19th, 21st, and 22nd) to inform them that we would like to come out to add the necessary panels for free. These calls however went unanswered.

    We remain fully committed to resolving this matter at our own expense, as we have continued to demonstrate, and have reached out to the customer today as well.

    I had the solar panels from this company installed on September 16th 2024. Within my home they hooked up the connections to my junction box, but as they set it up, there is s**** loose and the connection is coming through the wall into the junction box. They drilled a hole in the brick wall. The guy that left said do not touch anything in there, things aren&#**;t right. I have not sent hem come back whatsoever. I have tried calling and when they say they will send someone out it is always a vague response. They are now texting me asking to sign off on this, and I said no, since it is not fixed. I need someone to come and take a look at the junction box. I also asked them for copies of everything I have signed off on, and I have not received them either.

    We take all customer concerns seriously and are committed to ensuring that every installation meets our quality standards.

    Our team has attempted to contact the customer today to schedule a service visit but has not yet received a response. We remain ready to inspect the junction box and resolve any concerns as soon as the customer is available.

    Regarding the request for signed documents, all agreements are provided at the time of signing. However, we are happy to resend copies upon request and have done so today as well.

    We encourage the customer to return our call at their earliest convenience so we can resolve this matter promptly. ProLux Energy stands behind its work, and we are always willing to address any concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
