    Prolux Energy has been amazing from start to finish! They are professional, ethical, and their customer service is top-notch. Anytime weve had questions or needed anything, theyve responded quickly and gone out of their way to help. Their support didnt stop after the solar panels were installed theyve built a relationship with us based on trust and continued care. Highly recommend!

    I have had nothing but issues with this company since I signed the contract, from my sales Rep **** to **** in the corporate office. I have a panel under performing and it has been confirmed its a panel issue. Ive left message after message asking for a return call. Today 10/14 I get **** who assures me he is gonna get it figured out and call me back, almost 5 cst and no return phone call, this is maybe 10 calls total trying to get a resolution and get nothing. They are receiving money from the Illinois shines and this is how people are being treated . Their own website said you will be treated like family, well I must be the black sheep because I cant get them to resolve the issue. I wonder how many other people are having issues with Prolux?????

    Before you read my review, know that I have tried emailing and calling ProLux Energy about the issues and cannot reach anyone.I purchase solar in June from ProLux Energy. I never received the app to monitor my panels and thus, when my panels quit working for two months, I was hit with a substantial electric bill. That was within the first six months of ownership.Tax season is upon us and I have contacted ProLux Energy with three emails and two phone calls about the promised tax credit documents that would be forthcoming from their accountant. Emails and phone calls are non-responsive. The main phone number rings to an "owner of this line does not have voice mail configured" response.Since I have not been able to speak with a representative of ProLux Energy, I am left with writing a review explaining why this company is a poor choice.Shop your solar and don't trust the guys that are "installing in your neighborhood".
