    Reached out to this company to find a lawyer to handle a speeding ticket. Nothing more, nothing less. During the initial phone call I informed them I would be consulting with a lawyer and did not utilize their service. I get a call today from a man who said I made a huge mistake and hung up on me. I called to report the threat made to me and the same man then called back to back screaming. I asked him numerous times to stop calling me I'm not interested in their service, will not utilize their service, and at this point it is harassment. The guy began screaming about being a lawyer and how they make millions of dollars and so forth. I strongly advise this company to be reviewed by the attorney General for unethical and harassing practices. 13-2921 - Harassment; classification; definition 13-2921. Harassment; classification; definition A. A person commits harassment if the person knowingly and repeatedly commits an act or acts that harass another person or the person knowingly commits any one of the following acts in a manner that harasses:1. Contacts or causes a communication with another person by verbal, electronic, mechanical, telegraphic, telephonic or written means.C. Harassment under subsection A is a class 1 misdemeanor. Harassment under subsection B is a class 5 felony.E. For the purposes of this section, "harass" means conduct that is directed at a specific person and that would cause a reasonable person to be seriously alarmed, annoyed, humiliated or mentally distressed and the conduct in fact seriously alarms, annoys, humiliates or mentally distresses the person.
