    The legal defense provided, does not actually work. It is falsely claimed. I have spoken with an actual lawyer who is taking my case. The information provided by speed ticket busters is not factual legal representation. They charge you for information that is readily found online and are very rude and hostile to answering any questions. Refunds can not be given. Their reviews are false, and they knowingly hand out false information.

    False Legal Claims:The representative falsely asserted that a federal law mandates a $300 increase in car insurance for speeding over *************************************************************************************************** reality, insurance rates are determined by private companies and regulated at the state level, as clarified by the ********-******** Act (15 U.S.C. *********). Unethical and Retaliatory Communication:In addition to the aggressive sales approach, I was treated with hostility when I sought clarification. I reside in both **************** and ******, and I am fully aware of my rights under state law. Under Nevada lawspecifically NRS *******, which defines libel as malicious false statements made with the intent to defamesuch aggressive and false statements can constitute a criminal offense. My statements are based on verifiable facts and my personal experience, not on hearsay or exaggeration.Counter to SpeedTicketBeaters.coms Previous BBB ********************* has previously dismissed similar complaints by claiming that I did not use their service and that my issues arose from my failure to follow their instructions. I wish to clarify that my complaint is solely based on the initial contact and the subsequent communication, during which I was misled by false legal claims and subjected to bullying tactics. My decision not to proceed with their defense was made after thorough independent research, which conclusively debunked their false claim about a federal law and revealed the inadequacy of their generic defense package.Furthermore, he will attempt to label my complaint as fake because I did not ultimately use their service is irrelevant.     THE REVIEW YOU JUST READ HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE FAKE AND INVALID.

    BASIS FOR DETERMINATION: The "review" was written by a person who did not actually USE the service they "reviewed". We are not saying this person did not call or interact with us by phone or email. What we are saying is that this person did not use the services we provide. Therefore this person is in NO POSITION to post a "REVIEW" of a service they did not actually use. Calling or emailing a company and "not liking them", does not provide any knowledge for a "reviewer" to know if a service actually works, WHEN IT IS USED. Again, this person may have contacted us, but they did not USE the service. So, they CANNOT be taken seriously as a "reviewer" of whether or not our service actually works when used.

    FURTHER DETAILS:
    Simply calling (or emailing) a company and not liking them (on the call or email), does not constitute "using" a service.

    For example: If you entered a restaurant and immediately walked out, because you did not like the host/hostess at the front desk... You would not be in a position to post a review claiming the "food is bad", because you would not know if the food is bad.


    IN SUMMARY:
    Speedticketbeaters has been in business since 2004 handling an incredible amount of tickets over the 20 years we've been in business. 20 years is a long time to keep "a scam" going, so obviously it is not "a scam".

    It is important that you read reviews, from people that actually USED THE SERVICES they "review". Their "review" you just read is fraudulent because it is written by a person who did not USE the service and therefore is in no position to accurately review the company.

    I received a call from the business after an online inquiry. The person who called spoke incredibly fast and was not forthcoming with all the necessary information that would be needed in the defense. I then received two emails, but with very strong, scare tactic language trying to get me to plead quickly to a ticket right away with no questions asked. Further research led me to understand that would actually be detrimental to my situation. The "defense" provided was a copy and paste email that is sent to everyone who gets in touch with, and the defense is questionable at best and furthermore, if the defense does not work, it actually puts the buyer in a worse position than when they started. After bringing this up to them in an email, I received a reply with more threatening language, stating "Do is we instructed, or you will lose". He also threatened to *** me if I field a dispute on the charge and I never mentioned disputing the charge. I was simply trying to reach a reasonable solution due to the fact that what he gave me would not work and I could not risk gambling on his "copy and paste" defense. To say the guy is rude is an understatement. His business license and ability to conduct business should be eliminated immediately (I know the BBB can't do that, but this guy barely falls short of being a *****.

    Not an ounce of this baseless complaint is accurate:

    1 - Person in question contacted us with a significant speeding infraction. We provided them a full evaluation of the ticket situation for free.

    2 - Person then agreed to pay us to provide them the needed defense documents, to use in court to eliminate their ticket. The documents provided to the person were specifically chosen (by us) to match their case, and what they would need in court.

    3 - Person then refused to follow the defense document instructions and did not use them in court to completion of their case. Thus, they claim they lost their case. It is not our fault if a person fails to follow instructions provided and loses their case as a result. To win you must follow our instructions.

    Our defense documents have been provided to thousands of customers since **** (that's 20 years). Most customers follow our instructions and win their cases as a result. This person is willful, problematic, and refused to the documents follow instructions. 

    If our company was not performing a valued service that works, we would have been out of business due to lack of demand, many years ago. But the opposite has happened. We are now in our 20th year, of very successfully serving the customers that contact us about their speeding tickets.

    The style of communication in the response from this business continues their bully communication tactics. First, I have not lost my case because my court date hasnt even come up yet. Second, I agreed to the purchase based on the conversation over the phone however that conversation was sketchy at best and I should have known better to agree to the purchase. I had a LOT of questions and he was not forth coming at that time of the tasks I would have to take to use the copy and paste defense they gave me. Had he been more forthcoming, I would have been able to make a more educated decision. The know it all, bully style of communication using fear tactics to convince someone to use their service is the problem I have. After doing my own research of the defense option they gave me, I found information that debunked the defense they provided. Since I cant afford to take the ****** using their defense, I notified them of my research and my concerns. He was not willing to provide a refund and that is fine ultimately. My BBB complaint does not ask for a refund because I chose to not use the defense, however that choice was based on my research and finding something that told me the defense would not work. This business needs to be held accountable for their approach and should work to FULLY explain their solution and not rush the person off the phone. Every call and email is done in a way to create urgency, do this, or else, follow our instructions, or you will lose as if there are no other options. Its the fear tactics used that should be illegal quite frankly.

    Once again, a baseless second complaint from this person: 

    1 - This person emailed us several times claiming that various documents were missing from their defense documents package. Each time we replied telling them the name of the document to look for, and that we can see that it is in fact there (in their attachments). We suggested that they read more carefully before deciding something is missing.

    2 - This person then emailed us again, claiming we had never responded to their inquiry about the supposed missing document/s.

    3 - We then sent this person a screenshot showing our reply email to their prior inquiry (the inquiry they claimed we had not replied to) and asked this person to explain how and why we were able to produce a screenshot showing our reply, if we "hadn't replied". This person did NOT REPLY to that question! 

    The fact of the matter is we have been in business since **** (that is 20 years!). We provide excellent and well thought out defense documents to customers. Our customers are often repeat customers, who have been using our documents for 2 DECADES, to beat their tickets. 

    Over our 20 years in business we have handled thousands of customers using similar (or same type) documents this person received... And winning in traffic court with those documents. So, the documents are already well proven to work effectively over many years in our business history!

    The person who launched this complain is simply disorganized, hurried, misses details, and is prone to baseless complaints.

    Contacted this business once. Got three ALL CAPS emails immediately telling me to accept all calls from 602. Was cooking dinner with my headphones on when they called and couldnt connect. ****************************************************************************************************** Then sent harassing emails. I blocked them on every channel and they still continued to harass me using different accounts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    The website learly states that the product will be tailored to me. The person on the phone also said tailored product. Most of the product was copy and pasted and the email even says most of this will not apply to you. I just want my money back because it was not what i was told. I will not write any negative reviews on the site or seek legal action. The dispute was May 10th at 6:00pm.

    Customer is in legal trouble with ******** police. Customer hired ** to provide information services to help resolve his legal issue, just as thousands of customers before him have done for the past 19 years that we have been in business.

    Documents sent to customer were compiled specifically for him, based on what he would need. They included specific highlighted sections showing him which documents are most customized to his matter.

    Of course, our document package also includes documents that *** or *** not be relevant to customers issues. This is done because:

    1 - To ensure that if customer failed to notify us of any other aspect of their matter, that might require different information to be studied, we likely would already have provided it too.

    2 - If anything else is asked of customer by any of the parties involved in his matter, he would likely already have the answers to their questions or concerns in the packet.

    In short, that customer is completely incorrect in his assessment of what he received, and in our view is simply trying to obtain his money back, after already receiving service. This is commonly known as friendly fraud or charge back fraud. 

    We have no way to get the information services back from the customer, as they were provided by phone and email. So, a refund is not possible, until the customer complies with the refund terms, which involve using the information provided, and finding they did not resolve his matter.

    Stay clear of this. Use '**************' app to deal with your ticket. A rude-sounding guy will call you and will humiliate you by every means. I lost my 200+ dollar in this site. They basically give you some instructions what to do in the court but then when you are ruled against speedtickebeaters offers to give you $100 refund if you agree to not report them to BBB or give them bad reviews by threat of lawsuit against me.. Obviously they scam many people.

    The person who authored this complaint completely failed to comply with any of our company's terms of service. They also failed to complete the court process for defeating their speeding ticket, as required.

    We made numerous attempts, to get this person to understand how to follow instructions they were provided, and to complete the court process properly. The person absolutely refused to follow any instructions and that is why the court ruled against them.

    In spite of their flagrant violations of our terms of service, as a courtesy, we offered this person a $100 refund. This person rejected our "good will" offer to refund them $100 (again, an offer we did not have to make).  Now this person is making a vengeful attempt to defame us in the public domain.

    We have been in business since ****. You do not remain in business that long, if you are not achieving satisfying results for most customers.

    If the company feels they did nothing wrong then why offer to pay back $100 of the $260 I spent? I contacted their business letting them know I needed to file an appeal that day since the mail was slow in getting to me from the **** courts.:
