      Hi P.F. Changs! I hope youre doing great. I wasnt feeling well today and decided to get a to go meal. The website states the order would be ready at 8:21pm. I have an eye injury and so I figured I would be in and out before it got dark at 9 oclock. When I arrived there were two white women standing at the 2nd curbside pick up blocking the way to park. I didnt see the other lanes until I pull around. I wasnt comfortable with them standing in the lane and also seeing a drivers license plate that said ******** so I let them know I would pull around to where a blue Jeep was close to a handicap parking space. When I pulled around I could see it was under a horse with black and red on it. A group of people left the building and a black boy lagged behind with a black mask. He pinched the middle of his mask and looked up at the horse. Then a car pulled behind me with emergency blinkers. My eyes are sensitive to emergency blinkers so thats when I pulled around and saw the other curbside slots.I pulled not in but perpendicular to lane 4. I was outside for 20 minutes before my food came out and I had called them three times. The second time they told me they were coming out right now. Also once I got home, I saw none of the sauces were in the bag. The individual who gave us the food outside wasnt personable.       I went to the restaurant in the colony on 6/18/2024. The only food that was consumed was the dumplings paid $85 for the chefs special. Food was disgusting ordered the lo mein and spicy chicken with dumplings and crab wontons. Had the spicy chicken taken back and replaced with honey chicken which had no flavor and was cold. I asked for partial refund of entrees and side of crab wontons not eaten which they did not give me. Disputed with my bank but they say that P.F. Changs is refusing because I ate part of the order. Being that we ate the dumplings and had about 2 bites of the entree. Extremely upset

      I dined at the ************************** location on 07/20 around 12:30 pm with my family of 6. Our bill came out to be $220 and I added a $30 tip which I put on the sheet and signed for it. However, 3 days later I see a charge on my credit card for $299.89. Somebody changed the tip and charged more than what I had put down. That is theft. I want this investigated and dealt with accordingly. I also want my money back as it was stolen. I will not leave a tip to someone that changes it after the customer has legally signed a receipt.

      I ate at many PF Changs restaurants and the food at ********* is the worse . I recently dine there and ordered ******************/ fried rice . The fried rice was tasteless and had chunks of white rice in it and the ****************** were like soup. I nibbled around it and didnt enjoyed it and they served it cold .

      I am writing to complain about the experience I had at P.F. Changs restaurant located at **************************************** on June 15, 2024. My visit was disappointing due to issues with the staff and service.Initially, the staff seemed disorganized and unfocused, creating a chaotic dining atmosphere. Their behavior was impolite and unhelpful when we raised our concerns, significantly affecting our dining satisfaction.Furthermore, the restaurant staff's error in providing items that did not match our orders was a significant inconvenience. When we brought this to their attention, their response was that rectifying the mistake would take time, leaving us with no choice but to consume the wrong dishes.Our frustration was further compounded by an unexpected $100 gratuity charge, imposed on us because our group exceeded eight people. This charge, which was not transparently justified, seemed unreasonable, especially considering that gratuity is typically left at one's discretion based on the service quality receiveda quality that was clearly lacking in this instance.The total transaction amount was $653.28, and the receipt number is 50066.In light of these incidents, I felt it necessary to raise these concerns with you. I believe P.F. Changs should be held responsible for its subpar service and unwarranted fees.I trust that the Better Business Bureau can assist in resolving these issues and implementing measures to prevent customers from facing similar challenges in the future.I appreciate your help and attention.

      cancelled an order for may 17 princeton by phone still charged card 2440. the service is so bad here i dont trust to ask them to take it off i never picked it off ***** pls credit just found it today never picked it up still charged CALLED to cancel please refund me.

      Today, I ordered from P. ************ in *****, ****, order # *****************. My order was ******. I ordered online on their website for delivery from an email that I received from P. F *****. I received a phone call from them, and the employee said that one dish I ordered was out of season and he could add the seasoning to the fried rice, but it would not have the crab and pork belly in it. I asked how else could they accommodate me. So I asked for a different dish that was 40 dollars, which would have been a 19-dollar difference in the price. Then, the manager approached the phone with a very arrogant, disrespectful attitude. He was very negative and didn't want to offer any accommodations to the point where I had to ask politely (do you want to lose the entire order over not trying to accommodate me for their error and false information advertisement?) I only ordered from them specifically for the crab pork belly fried rice. I ordered a few more things as well. However, he was so angry and challenging, and I'm the paying customer, that I gave up when ******************, the manager, said he would cancel the order. I couldn't take any more of being insulted. So I agree with the cancellation of my order this is not the people I want cooking the food I have to eat. People do spit in food when they cook people's food. I prepaid for my order with my debit card so I don't know why he didn't want to help the entire situation. I was not refunded my money and the online order is still processing with no cancellation of the order on P. F Changs end.

      Multiple orders for our family birthday get together were placed online for pick up at our local ******************* restaurant on Feb, 13, 2024. These orders were picked up and checked at home with one mein dish being without the meat specified. This was reported.Soon after eating this meal, symptoms of MSG reactions were noted, even though this establishment says no MSG is ever used. This is a false statement.After a few hours of eating the dumplings, there was a general GI reaction with stomach ache, bowel rumbles and diarrhea. This was a definite reaction to tainted food in the dumplings which seemed to be improperly cooked. The restaurant and the corporate headquarters were notified with no result or action. No refund was issued, and after multiple inquires the case was transferred to a corporate 3rd party which has never answered multiple phone calls about the case.

      On February 26, 2024 at the Anaheim, ** ***** location I requested the Free Dumplings promotion and showed the server the deal. I then ordered more items for my table and when the final check came I reminded the cashier to add the promotion when giving her the credit card. Upon inspection of the receipt it appears the promotion was never applied and we were charged $14 for the "Handmade Shrimp Dumplings (6)".I would like either a digital gift card or a reward added to my ******************* account for the resolution.

      I attempted to sit down at your restaurant, but was told "No, don't sit there. We don't want to overwhelm the bartender." So I left.At a different location, your server poured one kind of beer from a bottle into a glass that already had a different kind of beer inside. I had to argue with your staff to take these drink charges off the bill. I've reached out to the management of both establishments, but never heard back from either restaurant.
