      I applied and was approved to move into Tides at Park View in March 2023, with a move-in date of 4/28/23. The office staff was incredibly difficult to get a hold of and passive aggressive with me throughout the whole process. I was assured that the unit I was approved for would be ready for me to move in on 4/28, but it was not, and I ultimately chose not to move in. I emailed the property manager a detailed recounting of my experience with the property the same day and was told I would receive a refund of my admin and app fee. After a few weeks of no contact, I reached out again regarding my refund and was told to be patient and that the process was being expedited. I then waited over a month to reach out again, and when I did, I received an error message stating that the email I had been previously corresponding with did not exist. I tried to go to the Property Management Group's website to find another point of contact, but it just pulled up a blank page. I messaged them on LinkedIn that same day as a last resort, but have received no response. I just want to receive my refund.

      To whom it may concern I have been having issues with the above property in regards to obtaining my application fee of $200, I wasn't approved for the apts back in February and everytime I call and inquire about my money being refunded, they keep saying it's a 30 day wait, since February I was told it takes 30 days, the end of March has come, and I call these apts and still keep getting the runaround about when I am to receive my money back, what is the protocol on receiving back my application fee money order, it's now going on July, I called this morning and they told me that again it will be 30 days, how many 30 days do I have to wait for. This is so unprofessional and I feel that this apts here in ***** do what they want until you have to file a complaint.

      THIS COMPANY IS GONE NOW AND THE NEW COMPANY HAS INCORRECT INFO ABOUT THE ***** I SIGNED AND THE WEBSITES ARE GONE SO I CANT EVEN GET ANY PAPERWORK AS EVERYTHING WAS ON THEIR PORTAL AND THE OFFICE WOULD NOT PRINT OUT ANYTHING FOR US. NOW THIS NEW MANAGENT COMPANY IS TRYING TO SAY I SIGNED A ***** FOR $100 MORE THEN THE ***** I SIGNED. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY PORTAL SO I CAN GET ALL OF MY PAPERWORK TO SHOW WHAT MY ***** COST REALLY IS.

      I filed a complaint #******** on April 30 and PMG replied to you they would look into the matter and at this point have not heard anything. I closed the complaint, now I know I will not close again unless I get my refund. Short summary, vacated Tides apartment in Glendale January 1, 2023, got a E-mail from PMG January 10, 2023 that $825 deposit will be refunded to me. Will not respond to any of my messages.

      I was listed as co-******/guarantor on my daughters apartment at the Tides on Country Club in ****, **. She moved out on June 12th, 2023. I was there with her to move out. We made sure the apartment was very clean and ready to go for next tenant. My daughter received a call from a different management company that I guess took over at The Tides, not PMG. Apparently things were not up to par and they said they had to send cleaners in and deducted $200 from security deposit that we should have been getting back. That is completely false! My daughter has put up with cockroach infestation, doors falling off closets, railing to 2nd floor off the wall, 1/2 the apartments outlets didnt worketc I tried calling The Tides on Country Club, but they said they dont have any record as to why some of security deposit is being withheld. They dont have a phone # or any info for PMG. I tried calling a ph# listed on BBB, but says mailbox full. Is there anything BBB can do to help get our full security deposit back?

      I applied for a apartment on 06/08/23 and payed them a fee of 200$ I was told that it would be a deposit for the apartment that I was going to get After I applied and gave them my money there was no communication whatsoever from anyone I Physically went into the office when they informed me that they did not have a system whatsoever and that they did not have a management . When I asked What I could do I was told that they would keep me in the loop yet that has not happened either . When I asked if I could be refunded the money they told me that I would forfeit my application and that they havent gotten to my application but when I called the cashier place where I got my money order from they informed me that it has been cashed in on 6/14/23 yet my application has not been screened by the company and now they stated that they switched companies and that they cant get to my application. And it is now 06-26-23 and still they informed me that my application has not been screened and that the rules have been changed without my knowledge whatsoever

      The last managing company here at Tides on Duneville installed lights near everybodys door way. we pay for the electricity of these lights. Now the lights are coming on T 5:30pm, but sunset is about 7;30. We are paying for electricity we do not need.

      Hello. I applied for an apartment at The Tides of Eastchase on March 15th, I was notified on March 27th that I was denied. I paid a $70 application fee and $200 admin fee. Im aware that the application fee is non-refundable, however I was told the admin fee is. I was also told that I would be receiving my admin fee refund within 2 weeks of my denial. I have been given nothing but EXCUSES and the runaround! If someone could let me know what the next steps are to receive whats rightfully mine, that would be nice. Your immediate attention to this matter is appreciated.

      on 3/12/23 I was parked at my residence TIDES ON ******************** ************************************************************** when H4 TOW towed my vehicle illegally around 8pm. I called the towing company and was told my vehicle was not registered with the apartments. I have been residing there two and half years REGISTERED. 6/13/23 I went to the apartment office spoke with ***** about the situation. She verified my vehicle is registered but it was not her problem It was mine and there was nothing they could do. I paid the tow company and retrieved my vehicle 6/13/23. I went to the office again to speak with ***** the manager, but she refused to speak with me. I asked ***** for a copy of my lease and was refused a copy. Today 6/14/23, my portal to pay my rent and retrieve my lease agreement has been deactivated by management. They refuse to help me. My vehicle has also been deactivated from registration and was told to call the tow company myself to re-activate my registration. I had to catch an UBER to and from work on 6/13/23 and still they refuse to help me. Now I am in fear of losing my apartment illegally. I have been threatened by the office possibly losing my apartment.

      I moved out of an apartment complex that I was living in for three years with that was managed by this company who bought it from another company that was formally the owners. This company sent me the final invoice for move out charges and a pass do utility bill. I paid the $155 they took it out of my $200 deposit that I put down. I was also required to pay a refundable pet deposit. When I asked about the deposit several times I was told by the property manager that he didnt see one. I advised him to check again ** I paid one . I suggested as the previous company stated, under the pet addendum. I have yet to get a response or my deposit back. The company have since, deactivated my account. I paid what I owed and want my pet deposit returned.
