      Since the beginning of my lease, August 2022, all the way until current as I prepare this email I have locked essential hot water and have asked for reasonable accommodations as well as put management on notice in which management continues to flop in Evade and fix the lack of essential as I have pleated, I have two children with disabilities and School has now started back up, continuously, reaching and falling through on Landlords obligations and duties as well as warranty have ability breach

      I move out North tide complex apartment June 27 when I had done my contract and asked to give my deposit but unfortunately the office management has been holding my deposit for no reason.

      ****** Robinson real estate license had been expired due to his license expired. Due to his expired license he cant conduct any real estate activities. ****** Robinson was the *** of the property called tides of post oaks ********** ** . He changed his LLC from the Robinson group to PMG property in March of 2023 . My application with rent relief was accepted and the money processed to a account outside of ******* where I pay my rent month to month. To a totally different account. I have picture of proof. Due to new ownership ****** didnt post my payment to my account. The new ownership have no records or access to the old account and system. We were told that ****** Robinson is the only person to access the payment. Also that the payment should of been posted between June *****th 2023. The staff were left in the dark while the new ownership was taken over. This is unacceptable and unbelievably that he effecting people livelihood.

      Ive been living at the tides on ****** East since December 2022. Everything was fine until a new neighbor moved in downstairs. She moved in around April and ever since she has been making all types of complaints. The 1st complaint that was brought to my attention was a noise complaint and a smoking complaint. When I was brought into the office we talked about it and the issue was resolved. Now my issue is every time its a complaint they automatically assume its coming from my unit. No proof of anything just going off here say. The office manager is saying she has to put a complaint or whatever its called on my file. Which could cause issues for me when I try to move somewhere else. Another issue I have with them is that. They are stating that this is a smoke free complex which it is not. I looked over my lease **** times and no where on it states that this is a smoke free property. They arent doing no time of investigation for this complaints that has been filed against me. They are just taking her word for it.

      My brother, ***********************, was a long time resident of apartment 156 at the Tides of *************** (formally known as The Edge). ***** passed away a little over a year ago and I provided the office with his death certificate and my power of attorney, multiple times and was told I would be receiving his deposit back. The apartment was left in better than excellent condition, as confirmed by the office. I am trying to close out his estate I have not received his deposit back. I was told by the office to contact you. Can you please provide me with status of this deposit?

      From the date of moving in we have had issues with heating and A/C. We have contacted the office, property management, and maintenance team regarding this issue on several occasions. While the maintenance team has provided temporary solutions they did not resolve the issues and we are continuously told to turn the unit off for 1 hour and start it up again it will work if you do that. That has worked ONE time when the unit was restarted. Other than that we have suffered from extreme cold temperatures in the winter the lowest temperature recorded being 48F and extreme temperatures now during the summer months the highest temperature being so high that the thermostat reads HI meaning it is above the readable temp of 99F. Most days we do not receive any responses and we have not been compensated in any way. I feel as though the property staff does not care. It is unfair to us to have the ultimatum to live in these conditions or break our lease and take on negative renter history thus making it extremely difficult to seek residence elsewhere. We have tried all we could do as far as following maintenances directives and reporting issues to the property staff via phone calls, in office visits, and requests on the resident portal.

      I moved out of my apartment before June 1st I still have yet to receive my deposit back. No one is returning my calls I cant even get in touch with this company to get my money back. The complex is now under new management. PMG has my deposit and I have no way of getting it back. I called for 27 days straight trying to get my deposit back. I was assured that on June 1st my deposit would be sent out to my new address and still nothing has came.

      Renter Beware! I stayed with Tides in country club for one 3 years. Moving out was a disaster. And I have been removed from the property for over 4months now, and still no sign of a return on my deposit. I had issues regarding this and was told time and time again these motions to move forward take ***** days. I have since been ignored via email and phone calls and not sure where else to turn. Try to go to PMG website, and there is no working link. These people stole from me and my family. They owe me money as I left the apartment in great standing. Ive received no notice other than my portal has been shut down, and via phone call I made over several weeks I was told I would have my check within 4-6 weeks. And its been 4 months! The worst part is, theyve never sent me a receipt so Im not sure how much they owe me! A quick ****** search told me they could owe me up to 4 times the amount I put down, that could be over $2400!!!

      This is regarding case CC2020138593. I was evicted from the Tides at *********** in September of 2020. During this time, The Robinson Group was in charge of the property and it was also impossible to get a hold of them. I have been unable to rent a home anywhere because there is nobody at the Tides at *********** that can give me accurate information on who i need to reach to pay the eviction balance or what the complete balance is to have it deleted from my court history. I later find out that the Robinson Group was shut down and PMG property group took over. There is nowhere on the internet that shows the contact information for the company and the Tides at *********** have failed to provide me this information. I need to know the total owed and I need a payment arrangement so I can clear the balance and move on with my life. This company should have contact information on the internet or have their properties have this information available to the tenants. Based off of the reviews, this company is almost impossible to get a hold of.

      Hello. I applied for an apartment at The Tides of Eastchase on in late May, I was never told that I was denied but clearly that is the case. I paid a $70 application fee and $200 admin fee. Im aware that the application fee is non-refundable, however I was told the admin fee is. I was also told that I had to wait for the office to get an email about my refund and here we are a month plus later and no info whatsoever. I have been given nothing but EXCUSES from the office staff and managers and the runaround! If someone other than ******* in the front office could let me know what the next steps are to receive whats rightfully mine, that would be nice. Your immediate attention to this matter is appreciated. ********************** (Leasing manager) if you can see this please contact me, I have tried reaching out several times to no avail.
