I would actually give this grooming business a ZERO. First , the smell when you walk in is horrible. When I made the appointment, I said I had a Morkie. When I got there, I showed pictures of the cut, showed my puppys long cuticle to be careful when cutting, showed extra pad and nail so the pad wouldnt get injured during grooming and to cut the curled nail. They never called me when he was finished. I called them to check on my dog. The groomer tells me my dog kept trying to bite them. I asked him to clarify, which he did. I explained that this was very strange because this was something my dog has never done. He has been going to a groomer since he was 3mos old, without incident.When I pick up my spunky puppy, he is skittish and he is keeping his head down. When we got home, this is what I found/ the condition my 6lb Morkie was in: his nails were cut too short, the extra pad and nail were not cut, his elbows are raw. Not one part of his beautiful hair is cut even, he has a 1/2 of a ***** around his neck, and his p**** is nipped and raw, just to name the highlights! I am disgusted, angry and I want to cry for my puppy who has been obviously traumatized and in pain. They should NOT be in business!!!
