      The company told me they would move my furniture including my dresser . They moved that same dresser into my apartment. They quoted me 4 hours to move my dresser and the rest of my furniture. I told the moving company about the heavy dresser. They showed up at my apartment and refused to move my dresser. That was the agreement . I told two men and truck I needed this moved asap . And emergency situation . Now my dresser is still in the apartment and Im currently locked out of my apartment due to my roommate changing the locks . My stuff would have been fully out as of Friday per the agreement. I will file a claim for my expensive dresser.

      Hello *******, Thank you for taking the time to review us on the BBB. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and are very proud of that. I do apologize that we were unable to move your dresser. It seems the issue, that we discussed with you, was the dresser was too big, too heavy and we do not carry the specialized equipment to move it safely assembled. The previous time we moved the item it was properly packaged in a box disassembled. You were quoted for a 4 hour move and we were able to perform the move in under 3 hours. We did refer you to another company that has the extra equipment to move such items of extraordinary weight. Again I do apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

      Two Men And A Truck delivered 15 items to the wrong address, they took my personal hand truck and the damaged my lamp. I have called them 8 times and they refuse to respond to my request to deliver the 15 items to the correct address and they have refused to return my personal hand truck, I have left 4 messages for their claim person ******* and she never returns my phone call and she never answers the phone.Two Men And A Truck is a terrible moving company and I want to warn everyone not to use them. Beware Two Men And A Truck will do a terrible job for you. Beware!!! They are completely stiffing me and won't help me at all!!! They basically stole my hand truck. They don't care.
