I ordered a new *** from GOAZ last year and the dealership made recommendations for upgrades to sell me that I should add prior to taking delivery, specifically a full titanium exhaust, brentune, and a Dyno break-in and bluing exhaust. I agreed only after having trepidations waived about warranty issues as I had a prior bad warranty experience on another bike with this same dealership. A few months later the bike malfunctioned and I took it in. The service tech took weeks to work through diagnosis and warranty until I got a call that the valve was blown, that *** denied the warranty due to exceeded rev limits. I asked numerous times how that was possible as Id never come close to rev limits and certainly they had that data and ride histories in the **** When I asked for more specifics and to prove it had not happened when they did those services, they denied me and denied it could have occurred during those pre-delivery upgrades. *** rejected my request for any good will on a new bike. Hence with no choice I paid $3500. Later and only when friends informed me I had legal right for the details did they provide the report that showed the tune removed rev limits and the bike had hit 16k rpm. This was done at their shop before I ever took the bike. They recommended and sold me goods, assured me of no issues, failed to disclose my rightful request, created a warranty voiding incident that gave me no confidence to keep the bike, created diminished value, put the burden on me to try and sell it as damaged goods with no warranty and a once blown valve. When I articulated this position they would only offer to give me an unspecified good deal to buy a new bike. I feel owed the $3,500 for the repair, $1,000 for payments while it sat in their shop and $10,400 for finished value as I would not sell it without disclosing a blown valve repair and no warranty and they denied my request to have them take it back and refund the purchase.

What a terrible experience at ****************! I purchased a 2021 Indian Challenger brand new last April. I have had multiple issues with compartment latches breaking, my windshield motor had to be replaced but these were minor. I spent over $10,000 to upgrade my bike all at their dealership. They did a stage 2 upgrade and they failed to seal the gasket. Oil slicked my rear tire which almost killed me. Took the bike back less than 24 hours later after their supposed repair. Once they finally got the engine sealed they informed me I had a blown head gasket. They started the repair but stopped. The service tech **** called me to let me know that when they did my stage 2 they left a bolt inside my engine. It tore up my pistons, my cams and completely blew my rear cylinder. After having my bike for 5 weeks they finally said it was ready. I went to pick up my bike, packed my saddle bags and started my bike. The bike instantly shuttered and began to flash the check engine light with codes flashing on my console for piston misfire, cam failure, etc. The ** had actually complained that he spent $4,000 repairing my engine on his dime! What a joke! Never an apology, never an admission of any wrong doing. I will be sure to write this same review to Channel 4 On Your Side as well as the BBB. I will spread this review to every single person on FB! This dealership owes me a year of wasted time and over $10,000 in failed service and parts!

    Go AZ Motorcycles Response

    03/04/2022

GO AZ Motorcycles in ********** is aware of the issues this customer has experienced with his Indian Motorcycle and has worked with him in an attempt to resolve what appear to be factory/OEM-related issues with the motorcycle. This included coordinating with the manufacturer, performing work at no cost to this customer, and providing him with a loaner motorcycle while his bike was in our Service Department. Most recently, we assisted in facilitating the trade-in of this customer's Indian Motorcycle to one of our sister dealerships and getting him on a new bike with which he is very happy. We are unclear as to what can be done at this point to further assist this customer as he no longer owns the Indian Motorcycle and appears to be enjoying his new bike.
