    Made app't several weeks ago. Contacted her 6 DAYS prior to cancel as my husband is scheduled for surgery. Was told my 50$ deposit is non-refundable as she "needed to reserve the slot.". Asked to see her cancellation policy-here it is as it appears on her website: "Appointment Cancellation Policy Sculpted Brows requires a 24 hour cancelation (sic)." NOTHING about deposits being non-refundable...she just basically keeps your money because she feels like it. I can understand if I cancelled 24 hours or less prior-but this is outrageous. If I could select ZERO stars I would. Stay far away from this individual. I now understand the bad reviews on *********just wish I has seen them before I booked!

    In a nut shell I did not get what was discussed .The "microblading" lasted approximately 4 days after first treatment .I expressed my concerns and Sarah assured me the brows would "pop " after second treatment.Its a month after second treatment and I am still waiting for them to "pop". She took my money and told me after the second session that I should educate myself on microblading,that I was rude and that she tried to work with me.When I initially contacted her and explained exacyly what I was looking for,asked her numerouse questions and she assured me that her technique would work ,wasnt that educating myself to some extent.I asked her when I was rude and what she offered to "work with me" and she did not reply...
