    Found "Sarah" on Groupon and wanted to give her a try!When I called the phone number in her advertisement, no answer and voicemail stated to either leave a message or send a text to the same number for a faster response. I did both and received a text within seconds stating "wrong number".Be VERY careful purchasing anything from this person because as soon as you state you found her on Groupon (keeping in mind she has already been paid in full), she doesn't want your business. Also, I had a friend purchase the same deal from *******, but instead didn't state how she found her and was able to make an appointment right away. Funny thing is just wait until she finds out it was another Groupon customer.Why even bother advertising to get more business on Groupon when this is how you act. Unprofessional and a scam artist. Now ******* doesn't want to provide a refund of course and she has been paid in full!

    I purchased a Groupon for a Brow tint and lamination. On 10/30/23 the voucher was marked redeemed. I did not visit the merchant and have yet to even book an appointment. I have been recovering from surgery since 10/23/23. I texted and emailed the merchant and have not received a response. Groupon will not issue a refund without an email from the merchant stating the voucher was not in fact redeemed. So I am out $58.
