    The company, activeforever.com is where I bought a back scratcher for my aunt. It was on November 3, 2023 I spent ***** on the item, including shipping. The order number is 1000190908.I was unable to get a reply from them, when I emailed them as they had delivered the item to the wrong state and address. They delivered the item to ********* ********, when it should have been delivered to ******** ********** did check the address for the shipping address, as I thought perhaps I had typed it wrong. The address is correct in the shipping email that they sent me.They have not responded to my email.

    I have been ordering onto my products for an elderly friend. I ordered a complete kit of 5 bags and wafers for her but since she didnt need them until now she did not open the box when it came. When she did open the box she found it did not contain any wafers. I placed a call to the company but since the order is over ******************************************** give any options to help resolve this product. Do not expect any customer service from this company, they are terrible!

    I apologize for the experience that you had and that you are displeased with the service received. We do strive to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of our customers. However, at times there are certain limitations that our partner warehouses require us to uphold regarding time limits for reporting orders issues. Unfortunately, we are required to report all order issues to our warehouses within 30 days of delivery. We do understand that sometimes this is problematic, as it was in your case, and order issues were not found until after that timeframe. At this time we have issued a proportional refund for what was missing out of the order to compensate. Again, we sincerely apologize for this issue and any inconvenience that occured.
