    I ordered service 7/3/24 for (2) NON-adult connections and paid through the Amazon Pay link provided. Downloaded the service, which contained Adult Programming. I opened a ticket requesting a non-adult programming, never received a response. Paid the next invoice with Amazon Pay without problem. Received an invoice in August for 9/3 service date. Amazon Pay link does not work. Opened another service ticket, no response. Contacted Amazon Pay, they said an invoice was not generated by Out Limits. Opened another service ticket and noticed the 2 previous tickets that I never received a response on were deleted. Sent an email. My son has cash app and paid the 9/3 invoice for me on 9/2. The receipt provided cash app generated with a different invoice number and no transaction. My service was suspended 9/3 with a $20 late fee (there is no contract with this service, so that is interesting). Opened another service ticket with copy of receipt. The service itself was fabulous, the customer service is horrific. Not expecting a response. Will update if there is a response.

    Their customer service is the worst. You submit tickets only to find out that the tickets you submitted go unanswered, erased or deleted.I paid for 12 months of service back on January 13, 2023. I started having problems with my services a little more than a month ago and as of today my services have been interrupted and it appears that the problem will not be resolved. I have submitted tickets and proof of payment and services and still have not received and help.There is no customer support number that you can call for help. The only way to get in touch with someone is through the form you fill out on their website.At one point I was able to log into my account and see all my activity and any tickets submitted. I had to create a new account just so that I could get in touch with customer support because I was no longer able to login into my original account for some odd reason.Truely disappointing and the worst customer support I have ever had to deal with.
