    I paid for a service in January 2024. I have sent about eight emails asking them when my account will be updated. I have not heard back from them. I sent the payment cash app. I tried to deny it and get it back but cash app said it was too late Out of limits sent me a thumbs up on the cash app which said they received it. Today is April 4. I still have not heard back from them and do not have a streaming service. I paid them $60 and I have nothing and nobody will respond. That is the most frustrating part.

    I have made two payments to this company for streaming services that has not been applied. As a result, my streaming subscription is scheduled to expire on 1/25/24. I have submitted paid invoices and written complaints dating back to 09/05/2024. They not only fail to make corrections, they close the complaint with responding. The total payments is $180. I am requesting that I receive a refund in the above amount or it be applied to my subscription without service interruption.

    I subscribed over 2 months with this service. No one has gotten back neither I got denied the refund through Cashapp. I paid $150 and $60. **************** is not good. I sent numerous support and no one has gotten back.
