1 star"Award Winning Customer Service"...or so their website says. I've tried calling 5 or 6 times. Always a 45+ minute wait. I'm locked out of my domain for my company, and can't get anyone on a phone and there is no way to email anyone that works for this company. If you need a domain, go elsewhere. Once they get your money, you'll never hear from them again. Again, trying to call the phone number they list doesn't get you a person. Just forever on hold.

1 starSomething is rotten here, WWD, aka *******, aka ********* has a revoked my access to my GoDaddy account. My communications appear to be with some "bot". What is the end game?They have stolen legitimate access to my prepaid account and my ********************. This is a crime.As requested, I sent a scan of my drivers license. Of course, it was not accepted.Who are these people? Why did they choose to harass me? What do they really want?The original email did not specify why they Stole my domains. The web pages are also opaque. Has a class action suit been started?Wild West Domains LLC

1 starLike many others, cannot reach anyone at the company for support. Domain was purchased through some reseller and automatically registered through these guys. Just called the support phone listed on their website, waited an hour on hold and magically was connected to "GoDaddy"... very peculiar that this registrar lists a support number of a competitor. 1 starAlso known as Domains Priced Right. Beware!! Got this random email from them and followed up with an email to the business that originally set up my domain. Total scam! Avoid them like battery acid. Do not reply to their emails. Do not buy into what they are saying. Block them. Report them to BBB. They need to be stopped.Wild West Domains LLC
