    I would not recommend this insurance. I filed a claim because I damaged a floor that I installed. Nautilus came up with an excuse not to pay this claim. Stated I was at fault which I was but that was the purpose of purchasing this insurance. This was the whole purpose of having this insurance to cover property damage. My insurance agent said that this claim would be paid. Another insurance agent that was consulted said this claim should be paid. Nautilus was even supposed to provide me with a lawyer which they didn't. I ended up getting my own lawyer and had to pay out of pocket. Since this has happened my insurance agent is not going to recommend this insurance to clients. As I stated I would not recommend this insurance to anyone. They will not approve claims and pay. I wasted my money by having a policy with them.

    Such a scam of a company! They should not be on business! They rejected a simple claim and made out business look horrible with out client! Calls go straight to voicemail and seems like you never get an answer from them.

    My general contractor's employee accidently damaged my marble countertop while installing baseboards in my home. The damage was uncontested and an insurance claim was filed with ****************** Company of ****************** Group, a **************** The date of loss was reported on 8/3/22, and an insurance investigation occured on 8/23/22. When we didn't hear back from the insurance company, my general contractor and I both reached out with status inquiries to ****************** Company on 9/12, 9/14 and 9/22. No reply. Then on 10/14 ******** replied with an offer to remedy the claim, but required that I sign a FALSE STATEMENT that said, "It is understood and agreed that this settlement is the compromise of a doubtbul and dubious claim..." in order to receive payment. This is a boldfaced lie and I sent a reply to Nautilus that same day asking they remove the false statement. Their reply on 10/19 simply stated it's a standard release and I needed to sign it to process payment. Instead of being coerced into signing a false statement to receive reparations, my general contractor and I decided that he would reimburse me directly. Then, on 12/1/22, ****************** Company sent another email with a kinder tone reiterating their request that I sign off on their false statment in order to process payment. What a waste of time. ****************** Company is unprofessional and dubious at best. Beware! (I would give them zero stars but this application requires at least 1 star to submit this entry.)
