    I ordered bosss hearing aids in early December 2023. They did not fit my ears. I returned them for a refund per their procedures and was emailing about my refund. Was told Id be getting my refund but have not. It is now June 2024. No one will respond to my emails anymore.

    1) 2-28-24 Bossa hearing, ***********************) ordered hearing aids-- Bossa repeatedly sent Emails to upgrade order, did not want too so about a week later my order was never shipped I canceled, they said I would have refund 7-10 days. *********, ****, *** No refund issued spoke to *** many times after and many emails they said the refund will be issued 3) order # ****** 4) advertized on ******** 5) amount $76.25

    I ordered a set of Bossa hearing aids on 3/20 for $94.24. They were received on 4/20. Bring totally defected they were sent back on 5/20, within the 45 day warranty. Mailed tracking put them in Bossa warehouse despite innumerable hours trying to get customer service. They will not answer. This is a red flag of a scam. Hundreds of others have been preyed upon according to customer reviews. I simply want a refund. Order #is ****** Sincerely. *************************

    Ive been trying to get a hold of this company. Not responding to e-mail, phone, and chat. Need a credit of returned hearing aids. Its been several weeks, to no avail.

    Initial contact about February, 2024. I did not take note of it. The first set of hearing aids (h.a.) arrived in mid April, 2024. Return address appears to be private name in ****************/**. Reached "*****" on ************ on 4/16/24. He offered another h.a. and I authorized added money. He also promised return information. 2nd set of h.a. arrived with ********** return address several weeks later. Also unsatisfactory, but never received return info. Total amount spent: $247.00. Both sets sit here in original packing waiting for return info.

    On Apr. 28, 2024, I ordered Ear Wax Guards from Bossa Hearing Aids. I have sent over 20 emails to them and only got the run around why I haven't received them. Recently, they even quit responding to my emails so I tried calling and using their Chat format. One supportnumber I dialed is ALWAYS busy and the other isn't working! Therefore, I have no recourse but to contact the BBB because they billed me immediately when I made the order, but haven't sent me the goods. I truly believe they have stolen from me!

    I ordered a hearing aid April 21st 2024 from BOSSA HEARING AID company. I received a confirmation order # ****** from them with a promise to notify me when the order is ready to be shipped. Till this date vi have not received my order nor heard from them. I have tried severally through e mails and telephone contacts but no positive response from them.Their phones and email are no more going through. Kindly assist me in getting my order or refund on my **** credit credit card.Thanks for your anticipated help and response,

    I purchased product on 3/16/24. Order # ******. Bossa withdrew $158.97 immediately from my account. I waited 3 or more weeks for product to arrive, I had email conversations with support staff (*****) and was told they were behind on shipping due to products being so popular. On may 7th I called and talked to "***", I informed him that I wished to cancell my order. *** informed me it would take ***** days to get refund. On may 24th I called back and a women told me my order has not yet been cancelled and she would send it to another department who handles cancelations and that it would take ***** days to get my refund upon cancellation. Later that day I received an email that day stating my order has been cancelled. ***** days has come and gone. It has now been an additional 3 weeks and I have not received my refund, nor do I believe I ever will. I believe this to be a fraud/scam to prey on people with legitimate health issues. Every conversation is scripted to appease people who want their product or who want their money back. Please help me get my refund. Thank you.
