Today October 30th I ordered from Food 4 you (order 405GZWHKVE6 LGTV) and they took ver 2 hours to deliver this food. I called phone support and i was told and would get a call back to let me know what had happened. Later I got a call from the driver telling me that he was at the restaurant but that the restaurant had a system failure and was taking long to prepare the food but that he was there waiting for it ,I called the restaurant and they told me that they han NOT had any kind of sytem failure and that my food had been sitting there for an hour but nobody from Food 4 you had been there to pick it up. I called phone support again where ***** ansewred and told me that he was going to reimburse the the booking fee of $3.99. I told him that was not enough and asked to speak to a manager, he hung up on me. I kept calling back but nobody answered my calls anymore ************* is the customer service number). They later sent me the receipt where they state to call that same number is any questions or support was required and provide the webpage http://www.myfood4you.com which doesn't even exist. Food was extremely cold by the time it arrived and was ruined.
