WHERE DO I BEGIN!! I have been dealing with the poor management of EOS since Oct 2023 including emailing but never hearing back from the district manager, *********************, because I was wrongfully charged almost $500 for an employees incompetence when I signed papers to discontinue personal training and continued to be charged for 2 additional months because the employee LOST my paperwork. I have screen caps, emails, names, dates and times of EVERYTHING and when I recommended checking security footage to see proof that I signed the paperwork, an employee admitted to me that they arent even in use. I wanted to handle things personally with the business but I have been ignored for months now so hopefully this will get the attention of someone who can help me. I will NEVER utilize EOS again and advise anyone to avoid at all costs. The employees complain about how awful it is working there so imagine how they view their members. Avoid at all costs! About to have to go to small claims court ??????? ********************* or someone else in charge on a district level, I would love to ************ from you ??
