We work with you to ensure your floor coating meets your expectations. Schroeder’s Custom Coatings, Inc. shallwarranty that for a period of one year for commercial/industrial projects, and twoyears for residential projects. Warranty starts from the date of completion. All materials and labor are tobe free of defects and installed in a professional manner. Schroeder’s CustomCoatings, Inc. will, at its discretion, repair, replace,and/or correct covered defects at no additional charge to the original customer provided notice is received from customer in writing duringsaid period.
WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES:
Any and allcrack & joint repair, Naturalaging of finishes, Structural integrity of substrate including Alkali Silica Reaction, Removal of stains from finishes, Failure due to hydrostatic pressure, Loss of shine/fading from weathering, Drainage or standing of water on deck, Calcium or lime deposits on finishes, Supplemental heating, Bid bond, Altering of floor pitch, and Removal of existing finishes unlessspecified.- Other Resources
