Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We’ll review the issue and may offer:

Cancellations
Before the Appointment: Cancellations made at least 5 hours before a scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No-Shows: A call-out fee may apply if our technician arrives and cannot access the property or the customer is unavailable.Deposits
Some services may require a deposit.
