      I appreciate the opportunity to send transcripts from my high school, community college, and universities attended & graduated from from the same site, electronically. The receiving school received them quite promptly.

      I have used Parchment services for transcripts and diplomas- for two different colleges and a high school over the years. My orders were fulfilled promptly and I would recommend their services.

      Horrible "service". They collect money as an unnecessary third-party, yet no transcript was ever sent through their "service". I paid them (admittedly not a lot, but it's the principle) and they did nothing to be sure my transcript was sent. Now, I am behind in getting my certification. Used their chat and emailed their customer support with absolutely no help. I had to travel to my former college to turn in a paper request for transcript that was immediately sent due to MY work. Parchment was NO help.
