      I graduated in August, here we are 3 months later and I have not received a copy of my diploma from this trash company. They sent me an email stating that the diploma was mailed on 9/09. I should have received it by now. I contacted my school who contacted parchment and they claim another copy was sent and I have received neither copy! So somebody is lying at this point. I contacted parchment on their website and they DO NOT respond to emails, nor do they answer the phone. I will be petitioning for my school to use another service if this isnt rectified. I put in the work and I would like a copy of my diploma. This company lacks accountability and outright ignores customers. I will be filing a complaint with the state as well if this is not resolved

The automated response contains many useful help articles along with instructions on how to reach a real live agent. Unfortunately since we did not receive a response from you to our automated response, we considered your case closed.

      I ordered a transcript through this service. I received my order, however, the transcript is password protected/encrpyted. So in order for me to have full use, I needed a password. I have reached out to the company through their online form 3 times. When I tried to see if the university using their services could help, I was given a phone number to call. This number is not being utilized and has a busy signal. I need this resolved.
