    Order #***** I ordered $200 worth of metal tappy cards over a month ago and yet to receive any products or any shipping/return emails. I have emailed 4 times and never even received a follow up email. This is a scam company and obviously shouldnt be doing business at all! If you cant send the products just refund our money??? Another friend of mine ordered the same cards and he as well never received an e-mail update or response to his emails after not receiving any products this is theft, period! I want a full refund and this company needs to be put on notice for their lack of communication and delivery of their so called products!

    Never received the product we paid for and they will not return my texts or emails. I have called but the number goes right to a automated message saying "we are currently unable to take your call" and they direct you to the same email I've already been reaching out to for the last 3-4 months.I have been trying to resolve this issue on my own since April. Tappy did not fulfill my order and will not return my emails and phone calls. I've asked for a refund at this point but also just happy to get the product I ordered as a resolution. Attached is my receipt and the last email I sent them which includes an email trail so you can have an idea of the trouble I've been having with receiving a response.

    Similar to other complaints here, I placed an order three weeks after paying for expedited 3 day shipping and still havent received the product. They gave me some story about my support guy being in the hospital for a week and thats why he didnt answer me. Because youre the only one who works there? Come on.I dont understand whats up with all the lies they seem to be telling people. They blocked me on social platforms after Id commented that I didnt get my stuff. Im just getting the run around from support. The shipping company states the item hasnt even been given to them yet. Going back and forth with support has got me nowhere and Ive got multiple excuses from them.Its just completely unprofessional, and gross. I just want a refund at this point I dont even want the product after all of this, but it doesnt seem Id be getting it anyways. I dont get how such a decent size company can be so bad with customers and orders. Like this is the basics of running a business. They keep having random new socials pages created to run ads. Super sketchy. The whole experience has left me absolutely appalled and disgusted. Such a nightmare. Im obviously never receiving my item, so just refund me.

    I purchased a Tappy product on 2-28-2023 order #***** for $99.99 and never received the product. I wrote Tappy twice to collect my refund and never received a response or product.

    I ordered the Tappy Dot about one month ago now. I was sent a confirmation email on the day I placed the order, as well as a message saying that it will be delivered in ***** days. This product costed me $35 CAD which isn't too much, although I am extremely ****** off at this company. I have not been sent any updates about my product, nor have any of my complaints/requests been answered by the "support team". I now have just recently sent my 4th message to the company; as well as a text message in which I have requested a refund. Not one part of me would recommend this company to anyone. They are solely a scamming organization, or a lying one at best. Furthermore, I saw this product on Instagram through an advertisement. I then watched multiple videos and even looked at their insta page in which has recently... vanished. I am so confused as to what is going on here and am very disappointed with this company. Don't support anymore of their scams, and keep your money out of their hands.

    I had purchased a metal card and two if the dots in the spring on 2022. We are now in January 2023 and I have only received the card after MONTHS of back and forth with them, and outlandish excuses from an office burning down to Covid back orders. I have reached out again and again about refunds , and they say its already in the shipping process, but it never ships. Ill then contact again and receive a different answer about it. I cannot warn customers off enough. This has been an absolute headache and o feel as if my money was stolen from me.

    I ordered a metal Tappy card and Tappy Dots bundle back in May. On the website it did state that the metal Tappy cards were currently backordered due to covid, but said they were expected to be back in stock in June, which I had no issue with waiting for. I got an e-mail in June saying my Tappy card is on it's way...and still nothing.Finally I contacted support and was told that due to a flood at their facility, they're backordered and it's expected that my card will be shipped out in 2-3 weeks. Never happened. September rolls around and they send a marketing email stating that their metal card is now back in stock, so I contact them again, and get the same runaround stating that it will be sent in 2-3 weeks. Finally mid-november rolls around, and I tell them to either send the card or cancel my order and refund me...Support again tells me it'll be sent out in roughly 2 weeks. It's now December 2nd and no word of the card being sent. I e-mailed support today telling them to cancel my order and give me a refund...no response but was send an e-mail asking me to "rate the support April gave" me? What support? Nobody had contacted **** wish I could give an honest review on the product but the company and customer service is so bad I can't even get my hands on it.I spent over $120 USD (far more in CAD) and have received nothing.
