I placed an order for the clear card in December 2023. I still havent received the card. When I sent an email inquiring for an update on the order. I received no response. I try the chat bot, nothing. I discovered that I can no longer log into my account. When I used my Tappy Card, my profile is gone. I had a monthly premium membership with Tappy as well. So they took over 4 months of premium membership payments from me, plus the money spent on the clear card just to delete my profile. They also promised free membership for life and I am not receiving that.. I paid for a card and never received it.Initial Complaint

I made my purchase on October 7, 2023. Order number *****. I paid ***** USD for my order. It is February and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed Tappy Support over a dozen times asking for my order or a refund. They have yet to do either. Each email says that my order has been escalated and will be taken care of soon. Ordered Tappy Card PRO on Aug 31 2023. Emailed and contacted the businesses multiple times in the past 6 months about this issue. Via their Instagram, and the customer service email on their website. They finally got back to me, let me know it was a warehouse issue Beginning of Feb 2024 they promised me twice my order would be shipped out at the end of this week I have yet to receive an email saying my order has been shipped. On 12 Dec 2023 I ordered two cards from Tappy, one metal and the other plastic. The order number is *****. I reached out to Tappy on 22 Dec 2023 and received a response that they had just hired new employees and that they were backed up. I emailed on 17 Jan 2024 and heard back that Tappy was going expedite the delivery. Now, two months on I have not received the products or any more correspondence.Initial Complaint

Made my order for a single custom card 11/3 made multiple inquiries on its delivery have been told many things [ex we've Hired 3 employees to finish it over the weekend, we don't know when its gonna be done, and other run around answers to defer me to keep waiting] I see that many people have experienced the same thing. 2 transactions were made on website tappycard.com on 10/1/23. No product was ever received and tappy refused to issue a refund. I ordered 2 Tappy Cards from the company on August 24th. The cards had my company's logos on them and were supposed to ship in 5-6 business days. I have reached out to support and it is only chat based. Every time that I have done so, they respond they will check with fulfillment and respond that the order has not be fulfilled. There was never contact that the order would be delayed, why it was delayed or when it will be delivered. I had to contact them, just to get the same response multiple times. I have asked for a refund and they stop talking to me. This is an awfully managed company trying to steal my money. We bought these two cards to test before we made a mass order.
