    Lies and back peddling is all we experienced with no help in a professional resolution let alone any real help... there was a GROSS misrepresentation of what equipment that they had sent out, what capabilities it can perform at, what/who's techs are working on it (unsuccessfully). They were unable to set up a functionable menu and make the *** operational for buisness needs per CLOVER Tech support. Sales Rep ******* screamed and was swearing with EXTREEM language beyond mentioning when called out on lies. Upper management (*********************) supports his sales reps ********** aggressive behavior and blatantly refused to cooperate when he was asked for sensible help...he said he didn't want to loose money! The worst and most degrading service we have ever received. They also activated an incorrect lease/cancelled and did a new one for a higher cost, added unauthorized administrators without permission to our Clover account, sent different equipment, won't return calls or messages quite often, etc, etc...beware and do your research on the truth behind these contracts...if they won't put their promises in writing we believe it is because they won't or can't uphold their promises according to all the mixed stories we've received. Watch for the extra - unmentioned charges also that they claim they will resolve, but do not.

    ************************************* provides excellent customer **********************. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and is very passionate about what he does. He went out of his way to help one of my merchants and I with the setup of their POS system. My merchant was very impressed. Thank you ******* and MiCamp.
