1 starThese people were not on the up and up and they're in cahoots with riverside payments and clover. Why does it take 3 businesses to process credit cards? So you don't know which one is ripping you off first/when. I had to go thru a pci compliance so why don't they have to prove they're honest and reliable. 1 star**** ******** and **** ****** told us this would do what we needed to do with Quickbooks and their product did not do as we were promised. This has gone on for over a year now. They are taking money out of our bank account monthly and we are not receiving any sevices. Terrible experience with their staff for our company. We have been emailing/calling/following up and all we get in response is an @**** ********* or @**** ****** but then no response. We were scammed into not only signing a lease with MiCamp for credit card services but also their equipment which is still in their original boxes because we cannot use them. We asked them if we can return it and stop the billing and they say yes then will not provide an address where we can send the equipment. We warn anyone that's ever thinking about using this company to please, please stay away. Worst we've ever experienced.Review fromDanielle M

1 starWould give a zero if I could. This company is absolutely awful. They like to charge you different things and refuse to refund you. when you sign up your told that you dont have to pay a single thing and youre not told that you have to fill out surveys every few months, etc. So they like to charge you And then they like to completely ignore you when you try to tell them you no longer want their services and you try to return their equipment. They have been ignoring me for months and now charge me $30 and refuse to refund me. Stay far away from this company they dont care about anyone, They are just in it for themselves and everything they tell you when you sign up is false. The Agent I worked with Kat ****** to not have ever received the voicemails Ive been leaving her to try and return this machine. They are completely disgusting and its all a scam. 1 starThe person who got me in contact with this company was their employee **** ********. I was lied to about a "service charge" I would be charged to use them. Turns out the service fee was disguised as a payment for a credit card **************** $30,000 I was scammed out of. This company is trying to say they had nothing to do with it, and **** really wasn't an employee. I have her business card she handed me.
