DO NOT sign onto Micamp Solutions unless you want to hear ********. There are many competitors who treat their customers with respect and collaborative results. This company is ONLY interested in one thing- holding monies owed. They are OBSESSED with worry about chargebacks for starters, even when the customer has no history of such!Customer ********************** is the frontline to act as though they care- but don't be fooled. You will be given promises that are scheduled but not witheld. The lack of trust they show mirrors the lack of trust you'll have for them.The *************** "whatever" **** tells you one thing but does another, then claims that he never said what he did; that he denies ever having said what was originally told and does not work collaboratively to arrive at a fair, honest and amicable solution.Don't be fooled. I have been using MiCamp for a payment processor for 2 years and originally signed a contract with one *************** stating my Address Verification Service is $0.01 per transaction. MiCamp was actually charging me $1.99 per transaction for the Address Verification Service, and I did not notice due to the reason below. When I signed up with MiCamp, the data entry specialist working my account made an error and had my statements sent to the wrong address. Doing taxes this year (2023), I noticed mycamp has never sent me a ****k, and asked what address they had on file. When they informed me of the erroneous address I corrected it. Upon receiving my old statements I looked over them and discovered that micamp had been overcharging me hundreds of dollars each month totaling over $4500 throughout the entire time doing business with micamp. When I called to inform them of this error they said there was nothing they could do. When I threatened micamp with legal action they sent me an email (from *****************************) attempting to gaslight me saying it was interchange. After proving ******** it was a separate charge and showing them our original contract, she stated she would talk to the **** I attempted to contact ********************* through emails and calls, but he ignored me. Finally ******** contacted me and told me I would be getting less than $400 as a refund, because when I was signed up I was given aggressive pricing. I would like the other $4000 refunded.When I finally got in contact through *********************, he told me that micamp had barely made any money off of me, and they couldn't refund the 20x industry standard fees they had been charging, and the best he could do is set my fees to $0.01 going forward. I asked him where the money had been going this entire time and he had no idea. I am shopping for a new payment provider and hope to finish my business with micamp by the end of the month. Lies and back peddling is all we experienced with no help in a professional resolution let alone any real help... there was a GROSS misrepresentation of what equipment that they had sent out, what capabilities it can perform at, what/who's techs are working on it (unsuccessfully). They were unable to set up a functionable menu and make the *** operational for buisness needs per CLOVER Tech support. Sales Rep ******* screamed and was swearing with EXTREEM language beyond mentioning when called out on lies. Upper management (*********************) supports his sales reps ********** aggressive behavior and blatantly refused to cooperate when he was asked for sensible help...he said he didn't want to loose money! The worst and most degrading service we have ever received. They also activated an incorrect lease/cancelled and did a new one for a higher cost, added unauthorized administrators without permission to our Clover account, sent different equipment, won't return calls or messages quite often, etc, etc...beware and do your research on the truth behind these contracts...if they won't put their promises in writing we believe it is because they won't or can't uphold their promises according to all the mixed stories we've received. ************************************* provides excellent customer **********************. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and is very passionate about what he does.
