    I purchased the **** Ice Blood 2 "Satori"' in January 25. My son wore these shoes for 5 basketball games and the insoles in both shoes developed a hole in them. I reached out to the company and they offered me a partial credit of $20! The insoles I had to purchased cost more than that! They also offered a $30 credit if I wanted to purchase another pair from them. I believe these shoes are cheaply made and wouldnt spend $20 on them. The customer service is not helpful at all. I would not recommend this company, and if you do purchase something from them - I wish you luck.

    Overview:The Way of Wade II basketball shoe, priced at $225, unfortunately fell short of expectations. After only three weeks of indoor use, which included seven practices and three games, the shoe developed a significant tear in the sole measuring approximately five inches.Weaknesses:Durability: The primary issue is the poor quality of materials used. A tear in the sole after such a short period of use is unacceptable for a shoe marketed for basketball.Customer Service: The company's response to the defect has been disappointing. Instead of a full refund or exchange, they offered a mere $30 coupon, attributing the issue to an outside insole insert that was not used by the player.Inadequate Performance: The shoe does not seem to hold up under the demands of basketball play, raising concerns about its overall reliability for serious athletes.Overall Impression:The lack of durability and unsatisfactory customer service leaves much to be desired. Players should consider other options that can withstand the rigors of the game, as this shoe does not deliver on its promise for performance and quality.

    ******** customer service. They want pitcures of the shoes to make sure you didn't wear them, then claim shadows in the pictures are dust and want more pictures. I think they are just trying to take it out to the 60 day return date to then tell you sorry you are beyond your return window. They don't run shoes in traditional US sizes, which is fine, and tell you to measure your foot and then order up because they run small. This is why they need to be returned, because the size is way off. NEVER AGAIN!!

    This company has the absolute worst customer service in the history of any company. The phone number is useless because its always full and then you get directed to email. They never get back to you. My son ordered sneakers and they never arrived! I contacted (well tried) the company and got nothing! Now I am looking to be reimbursed and its like a ghost town. No one has emailed me or even acknowledged the order! DO NOT BUY FROM this company. Its a scam! What legit company doesnt have customer service support! Why is there never anyone available to speak to and why dont they ever get back to the customers who have serious issues regarding their shoes??? Horrible experience. And Im still waiting for a response about the 159 dollars they basically stole from me!

    This business really surprised me with the excellent customer service that I received especially after seeing an F rating on the BBB site, which I did not realize until after I ordered the shoes. Anyway, I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for school and the shoes that arrived were scuffed up and appeared to have been either defective or used. So, I reached out to customer service via email to ask for a refund. I was offered $50 and was told I can keep the shoes. Well, these shoes cost over $100 and I did not think the shoes were worth the remaining amount they would've kept and felt there was no way I would have spent that amount of money on scuffed up shoes. Therefore, I asked that I get a full refund instead. However, they offered another style of the shoe, which was the same value of the ones I purchased. My son really like Way of Wades shoes, so I asked him if he liked the style they were suggesting, He did like them and picked the color he wanted. The new shoes arrived within a week. Now, I still had the scuffed up shoes and asked that they send the return information for them. I was told I can keep them or throw them away. The immediate attention to my problem, the timely and professional responses to my emails, and solution provided to this issue is why I am giving this business a 5 star rating.

    I can echo these other reviews. My son wanted these slides so we bought them online. If I was *********************, I'd be embarrassed! **************** is non-existent. The banter and prose of the emails sounds like a non-native English speaker who may be housed overseas. We got two different sized shoes in the same box. They're not labeled with sizes. I simply asked for my money back; and they asked if I wanted to keep the shoes. They wanted proof with pictures, etc. They tried to give me a coupon to buy another pair of shoes! I'll probably have to eat the $80. Buyer beware! Buyer Beware! This is a bad business. Would give zero stars if I could. The worst online buying interaction I've had in ten years. Get some Crocs or go to Feet Fleet instead. You'll get much better service.

    The company does not provide refunds if you try on the shoes, which makes NO SENSE! Tried to get a refund because my daughter stated that the shoes were too flat and they hurt her feet. The woman stated that "if the shoes are worn" they had them send pictures of the shoes and the box, which I never heard of then emailed me back to wipe the bottom of the shoes. Which I did not because then they would say that they had been exposed to water! This makes no sense that you spend over a 150 dollars then have to go through heck just to send them back 2 days old shoes that the customer doesn't want!!!

    No customer service to resolve issues. It takes almost a week to get a response through email after sending multiple emails.They do not exchange items for different sizes. They only return at the cost of the customer. They should know shoes very in sizes and fit differently due to brands and may need to be exchanged for different sizes
